**update - their customer service is spectacular. Resolved the issue so we are able to reschedule when our daughter is well again and can rebook our sitter. Thank you for the response!

Made reservations and our kid got sick and had to cancel our sitter the day before. They have no way of contacting them before business hours and their rescheduling policy isn't realistic. It probably is a great place but we didn't get to experience it and had to loose out on the total cost. Need a better policy or don't charge until you get there for this reason.

The throwing area we were in needs updating and repairing. We couldn’t read the scoreboard.

this was my very first time throwing axes and As soon as we get in for our reservation, the clerk told us we'd have to wait about 45 minutes to one hour to wait. completely defeats the purpose of a reservation lol. Nachos were completely cold. They claim they give every customer 5 oz of tortilla chips. Not enough chips for the order we got. When I asked about getting a little more chips for the mush that was left on the plate they refused and said that they couldn't do it. The axe throwing board target was chipped and broken to shreds so the axe wasn't sticking to it over half the time. The only bright spot of the night for me was the younger tall blonde kid was good at his introduction and seemed to care about us getting on the lane as soon as he could. mind you, this was my anniversary date night plan. not very thrilled, won't be coming back for a long time.

Fun experience and nice facilities. Food is less than desirable. Drink options are unique and fun. A bit pricey, but good for a one off enjoyable date night

I know they were understaffed. But it was clearly made someone was ofd the clock waiting for a date while the manager was doing something and they were all in the know. I have been several times but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I hope it’s not what is for the future

I took my entire team of 12 people for a teambuilding event to throw some axes! In the middle of it, I looked up and everybody in the group was smiling. Which is all I was really looking for. We had a great time, a lot of laughs. The staff is super cool and accommodating, highly recommend.
