The best marinated poke in all of the tri-valley. As someone born and raised in Hawaii real poke has the fish marinated in the sauce for a while and not just sprayed on and then mix together. The portion sizes are really good and the fried won ton chips or nachos as they call it adds a special touch.

Quick takeout from DoorDash. Small poke bowl has very generous portions! Super fresh fish and toppings. Pick up is best. Open on Veterans Day.

I used to be a huge fan of Local Poke since 2020 until recently. Prices went up, which is understandable, but their quality is not the same, (today the crab salad was clumped together like a rice ball, and the shiitake was not cut up all the way, the fish not as "Omg yum!", overall not as appetizing as it used to be) and service has definitely gotten a lot worse. Especially that blonde lady employee there who only stares at you and never smiles. That look on her face is enough to just make you wanna turn around and leave. Puts in 0 effort in being friendly, lack of patience and messy handling food. First time I saw her, she seemed lost every time I told her which topping I wanted, but that's fine, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she's just nervous bc she's still new. But at least try to be friendly, don't just stare at customers with that condescending look jeez. Fast forward, it's been a month or two since then, same look on her face, this time she dropped a piece of mango on the counter and threw it right back in my bowl. Ew. Customers aren't stupid. Very disappointing. If you're gonna increase prices, at least maintain the quality of the food, especially if service is gonna be sucky. Probably not gonna be back any time soon. Giving 2 stars bc I'm hoping things will improve.

Business is very good, so the food is very fresh, and although it takes time to wait in line, it's well worth it. They are always generous with side dishes, no matter how many items you want.

The inside was very dirty and disorganized. The person cutting the fish was also handling the cash register.Whenever customers came in, he would just leave the fish lying around in the open while handling cash.
