After 7 chances I stopped returning. At drive thru they make or try to make you park and wait even when NO cars are behind me. Rude staff and management supports just refunds for those not complying. Bye

The new lady working at the drive-through pickup during the night was unwelcoming. My order has been messed up three times now. I hope management will address this and provide proper training so the service can improve.

The most useless drive thru I am a donor no one is working everyone is roaming around completely free inside six seven know I have been 20 minutes since I paid and still haven't received my order sometimes they tell me to go to number three sometimes to number four or parking I have been standing for 20 minutes I have not received my order

Ordered a coffee with cream and equal, manner let me know they had to change the creamer, fine but it doesn't take 15 minutes to do so ended up being late and I didn't get my coffee out a refund cause she was very rude, I asked for a refund and she replied very rude, can you wait! I had to leave, no coffee and that lady pretty much stole my money

Always mess up orders and the short Mexican guy always gives me attitude in the morning for his mistakes, today they served me two hockey pucks instead of chicken patties. After a bite I feel sick now,
Today I took my granddaughters to this McDs location. When we arrived there was an employee at the cash register. We stood back a bit to decide what our order would be although there were no other customers at the register. Once we decided and walked back to the register to order there was no one there. As per other McDs we waited to order. We waited and waited. The employee who was previously at the register was visible in the kitchen area doing nothing. After a while she came back out with a soda for a table. I asked if someone was coming to the register. She told me to use the kiosk. I gathered up my three hungry grandchildren and we left. We won’t be back to that location after reading the other similar comments. Very poor customer service!! Very sad!

It’s my first experience with this place, but it was not pleasant in general. The waiting time for our order was about 25 mins even there wasn’t any dine in order before us. The staff wasn’t really helpful when I wanted to check the order status. Mostly importantly, the milk in kids meal didn’t smell right, which was also 5 days away from use by date. So, I decided not to having my son to try it.

We went at around 230pm on a Monday, so we'll oast the lunch rush. There were a few people in there waiting for food for awhile before us. We only ordered 3 quarter pounders and three drinks, so simple order. It took some time to get it, but the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and there was plenty of parking. Food was as expected for McDonald's, but warm and correct.
Parking: Parking lot is in a shopping center, so there is lots of it available.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramped curbs and plenty of accessible table seating.
