Today I took my granddaughters to this McDs location. When we arrived there was an employee at the cash register. We stood back a bit to decide what our order would be although there were no other customers at the register. Once we decided and walked back to the register to order there was no one there. As per other McDs we waited to order. We waited and waited. The employee who was previously at the register was visible in the kitchen area doing nothing. After a while she came back out with a soda for a table. I asked if someone was coming to the register. She told me to use the kiosk. I gathered up my three hungry grandchildren and we left. We won’t be back to that location after reading the other similar comments. Very poor customer service!! Very sad!

It’s my first experience with this place, but it was not pleasant in general. The waiting time for our order was about 25 mins even there wasn’t any dine in order before us. The staff wasn’t really helpful when I wanted to check the order status. Mostly importantly, the milk in kids meal didn’t smell right, which was also 5 days away from use by date. So, I decided not to having my son to try it.

We went at around 230pm on a Monday, so we'll oast the lunch rush. There were a few people in there waiting for food for awhile before us. We only ordered 3 quarter pounders and three drinks, so simple order. It took some time to get it, but the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and there was plenty of parking. Food was as expected for McDonald's, but warm and correct.
Parking: Parking lot is in a shopping center, so there is lots of it available.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramped curbs and plenty of accessible table seating.

The worst drive thru i have ever been they are always so rude the lady on the second window she always scolds the other person, she always gives less condiments even when i order condiments on the mobile app and when you tell her this she speaks to you in a scolding tone and says she can't give you the amount condiments you already ordered on the app but other McDonald's can give you but she cant. And the fries are alway bad
