Food was very fresh and good. There are very few things that are better than fresh hot Mcdonalds fries. Service here was ok. Looks like they are pushing ordering from the self serve kiosk versus having someone take your order. This is fine, but we stood around for a good bit before we realized what we needed to do. This was after being noticed by a couple of employees. Eventually we figured it out.

It's a McDonald's in Pleasanton, what's not to like. Convenience location if you're deep off the freeway.
Parking: There's plenty of spaces in the lot. Order ahead and it has 2 bags for curbside pick up. It has 2 lanes in the drive thru for easy accessibility, if you don't wanna get out of your car.
