Employee knowledge—multiple times now we have gone into this McDonalds and ordered frozen cold brew and the SAME lady keeps telling us that it doesn’t exist. It is plain as day right there on the menu board and she just keeps saying all they have is “mocha or caramel”. We have to get the manager each time to place the order. Train your employees on the items you have. We see the manager running around all the time having to do these things. They need more competent employees.
