Very clean….pleasant staff and prompt service….we eat outside but it was a bit windy which isn’t anything micky D’s can control.
Kid-friendliness: No play place at this location but there’s another location which in 10miles that has one of that’s what your looking for

I went there this morning (it’s Monday) around 9 to get coffee and breakfast because Google said it was open at 6am. I waited outside the gate (because McDonald’s was actually not open) for a few minutes, hoping the lady at the counter would see me and tell me when they were actually opening. She finally saw me and told me they would open with the rest of the mall at 10am. I, hoping to make her aware of the hours error on Google, said that Google reported her store was already open. I wasn’t being nasty or aggressive, but she then abruptly and aggressively told me that there were tons of other McDonald’s in the area and to go to one of those instead and that she was too occupied with what she was doing to continue talking. This was 1) one of the worst-feeling experiences of treatment I have ever experienced at McDonald’s or anywhere, and 2) it was horrible because I was on foot and the other McDonald’s, while accessible by car, are very far to walk to. So I went to Burger King on Regional Street instead and could not recommend them more highly. Friendly people and delicious Croissanwiches.

I ordered an item that was not available which I get, it’s a busy day and sometimes we run out of items. But the employee was very rude and when I asked for a refund she slammed the cash on the counter (I paid with card)

The staffs could have terrible taste with food packaging decorations. The store is small and in street style. They are looking for people.
Terrible service, the person took my order not understand English at all. So i have to wait over 5 minutes for another lady. Foods still come out wrong. Hash browns is burn, very salty. The coffee is water down. The most terrible Mc. Donald i ever been. Very bad

Just a typical McDonald’s, but I would like to point out that they don’t have any sweet treats (at least not at the moment). Otherwise the place is average. A little small and crowded.
