Achari veggie tasted very good. Must try for vegetarian. We also tried shahi paneer and its good. We ordered garlic bread, was expecting more desi garlic style bread, but it was just a cheese bread, won't recommend this item.

Good no-nonsense place for takeaway pizza. Good website for online ordering, ETA was accurate for my weeknight dinner order. Tons of options for sizes and toppings that make customization easy, including options for vegan/dairy free. One large four topping veggie pizza was enough for two hungry adults, and their all meat option is absolutely loaded with sausage, pepperoni, ham. It's great to have a place with unique toppings like Achari Gobi, tandoori chicken, and veggie curry.

I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. From both a customer and food delivery person? This place is just below par. Every time I have a doordash or an Uber Eats order? It's a guaranteed 7 to 15 minute wait. And 90% of the time? They've had the order for 5 to 10 minutes and then I still have to wait at another 10 to 15 sometimes even 20 minutes on top of that. For the longest time, it was just two sisters and I said you guys need to get some help in here. I said that again tonight and the girl said we have someone else. Well you need to get two or three more people because this is bad. This should not keep happening time and time again and a lot of my orders for food delivery are not even really good orders to begin with so I'm already not getting much for base pay and then with every minute that takes away, you're affecting my tip at that point.

I tried PBX Pizza in Pleasanton for the first time when I was visiting from out of town. It truly was the best Indian style pizza I’ve had. We ordered wings, butter chicken pizza, and achari pizza. Everything was so flavorful and they were very generous with the toppings. The green sauce is exceptional! I can’t wait to come back and eat this again.

Tried PBX Pizza for the first time while visiting from PA and really loved it. The Achari Gobi and Butter Chicken pizzas were so tasty. Very fresh, flavorful, and the green sauce on the side made them even better. Some of the best desi pizza I’ve had. The menu is big and I want to try everything. They even have half and half pizza so you can try more flavors. I will miss this place when I go back!

Great pizza nice friendly staff the pizza has only improved since opening I was their first customer haha but only thing I would say is pizza sizes are too small and not what they should be an x-large is more like a large maybe even a medium but the best Indian style pizza place in town by far classic pizzas are amazing in my opinion

Receiving a bad review is never pleasant, but sometimes it's necessary for businesses to recognize areas that need improvement. Recently, while using DoorDash, I received a message from my driver indicating that they had multiple pickups, and one of the stores they were at had an order that wasn't ready. This meant my order, which was picked up first, sat in the driver's car, getting cold.

When businesses post orders that aren't ready or fail to prioritize online orders, it creates a negative experience for customers. DoorDash should ensure that businesses only list orders that are prepared and ready for pickup. Additionally, businesses need to prioritize these orders, knowing that a driver will arrive to pick them up. If an order isn't ready, the driver may cancel, leading to a delay and causing the order to sit and get cold.

To prevent potential poor ratings and improve the overall customer experience, businesses should reconsider their approach to handling DoorDash orders, either by ensuring readiness or by reprioritizing online orders.

We ordered catering for kids party. Pizzas were of high quality and taste. Also, they delivered on time, which was important for our event. Highly recommended.

Stole this idea from Namaste Pizza, who also originated the Indian pizza in Fremont under a different name, and not executed as well. Check out namaste pizza in Emeryville.

Liked the wide variety of pizzas and ability to customize. The Indian flavors are also mild. Not in the face kind. Overall very satisfied. We will order again.
