Got Mr Pickles to go and it was really good - the homemade bread was so tasty but so tough that I actually got scratches on the inside of my mouth. It was almost worth it considering how good the inside of the sandwich was but not quite lol. The pickes were a fun touch.

Great sandwiches. Absolutely love the Italian and definitely recommend it. The pastrami is also quite good. I typically have some modifications to the sandwiches (e.g. hold the garlic sauce), and they have always gotten the order correct.

Solid sandwich spot. The Dublin location is closed; found that out after I tried calling them a couple of times and the online website routed me to the Pleasanton location. It would of been nice if the recording let me know they were closed. I ordered half a Mrs. Pickles (turkey, bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, avocado and "the works") on Dutch crunch bread. By the time I picked up the sandwich, the bottom part of the sandwich bread was already soggy. Sandwich was ok; nothing too special but it kept me full till dinner time.

I like Mr. Pickle. However I got the Ranch Chicken. I didn't care too much for it. The sandwich was too messy and the bread, Dutch crunch, was soggy. This may have had to do with I drove home before eating. I also had the Got Beef, half sandwich, I ate this in the car and it was so flavorful and all the meats together was a perfect mix. Got provolone cheese. I guess I won't be getting a chicken sandwich again.

My guilty-pleasure sandwich spot in Pleasanton! The Hot T is a little bit messy but the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. I would recommend the Dutch crunch bread for any sandwich

I did an online order and was scheduled for pickup at 2:30. I ended with my order at 2:45. The placed is little disorganized. It would have been faster to place the order in person. A family of three walked in, placed their order and left while I was waiting for mine.

I placed a large order, this was supposed to be Catering for an office meeting. I called a day in advance to confirm the delivery would not be a problem and ask who they recommend I select from their delivery options. Not only did lunch never get delivered. The delivery service that they partnered with canceled my order without notifying me. I had 20 corporate employees sitting in a conference room waiting for lunch that never arrived. When I called and spoke to the manager at the sandwich shop I received absolutely no help no resolution and was told I shouldn't have selected the delivery service that their restaurant had partnered with. Never will I order from this place again.
