Noah's NY Bagels

Gave me two bottoms of a bagel and one of the workers was yelling at everyone. We waited 30 minutes for two bottoms of a bagel

If you have any plans for the day, at any point, and you want to be on time, don’t go here. I wanted to get Noah’s on my way home from an appointment in Fremont. I ordered in Fremont at 9. I got to Noah’s at about 9:25 and my order wasn’t ready…. Ok fine…. Keep in mind I had ordered a garden avocado sandwich, a small cold brew, and a large cold brew. 10 minutes later I received my order, which ended up being wrong! I got home to find that my sandwich was made incorrectly! Ok fine I’ll wait for 5-7 business days for my food every now and then, but I would like it to be made correctly so it would be worth spending $18 dollars…….

Management needs to train their employees how to handle making large orders and still taking and making continuous orders as customers show up and order online. So annoying.

They don't have any pepper which is a bit perplexing. For an egg and bagel place

Came to the shop 7am morning. One person at the check-out counter, 4 more people gossiping inside, and there was a big queue. It took 20 mins to place my order. Guys, your business is only in the morning. please park gossiping for the afternoon and serve customers fast

Don't expect to get your correct order here! All other reviews are right!! I ordered a bagel sandwich and bagel with spread not toasted. Both bagel types on each thing were wrong and they toasted the one with spread. At least they got the spread right? The sandwich was correct and my name was on the receipt so I known it was my order. I normally love Noah's and it tasted okay so I'm still giving a 3, but I was very sad :(

It’s our second time ordering door dash and getting different bagels because they ran out of the ones we wanted. It’s understandable that business can run out of something, BUT, don’t let your employees giving lame excuses that dasher doesn’t speak English when it’s your responsibility as business to communicate to the customer that you don’t have what we want and either offer a substitute customer actually agrees on OR offer cancellation. Do not blame a driver because he just delivers, he doesn’t prepare the food. Do better!

Best to avoid this place if you can. Better sandwiches at any Starbucks or Panera or Subway or even the Safeway nextdoor.
I asked for a simple egg sandwich and asked if they had any options for the cheese other than cheddar. The curly haired person at the counter very rudely says "What?". Teach him some manners before putting him in front of customers. He could have said, "Beg your pardon" or "Sorry I didn't hear you". They teach us these manners in first grade at where I come from.

Toasted with cream cheese was cold and the bathroom had no soap .. when asked about it I came to realize that they have two bathrooms and one was a employee only one, so that looks like they didn't care about the customer in this place . Even more was that there was no manager on site so the employees were just doing what ever they wanted. The one cashier, she wont give me her name ,that the others seemed to dispise, wanted to be the boss so bad. She just told me no on so many things. She needs some training for sure .. no de-escalate training and keep on arguing with me to the point I wanted the corporate number.

I came here 2 times and I always got a bad customer service. I liked Noahs bagel but I have to go far to get a better service.

The wait was too long and they messed up my name and so it wasnt known if my bagel was ready or not and waited 10 min until I checked the counter by that time the bagels were already cold. So got served cold bagels not sure if that is on purpose

I order from Uber eats and I was skeptical because of the negative comments, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Not only was my order kind of messed up, but the bagel itself was chewy but the sandwich was bland, I spent a little over $20 and it wasn't worth it. I gave it to my dogs and just bought stuff to make my own bagel sandwiches.

The staff always messes up the order or forgets to give some items. This has happened to me and my wife more than once.

My online order has been stolen twice from this location. Also, I don't know her name but a middle aged white lady who works there Blatantly ignored me out of apparent hatred for unknown reasons, and another clerk next to her had to step in to answer my question.

Ordered through door dash so this is a combo review. Every time I make an order from there with door dash they get order totally wrong. Wrong items in bag yet again. It’s like they just randomly throw stuff in the bag. Double check when orders are made. For me, I won’t order anymore from this place because they can’t get it right.
