I am speechless with the outcome and the taste of the cake. The cake was perfect! The taste was amazing! I must say I was nervous as this was my 1st time and a big request. But baby! They delivered. You have just gained a new customer for life! I will see you all in January.

I hate to write negative reviews but the first time I used this place for an important birthday cake, the design was amazing but the cake crumbled when you cut into it because of a ganache filling that THEY recommended. So I was given partial credit towards a future order- which I just redeemed for my fatherâs 90th Birthday party cake I spoke to the owner and we texted back and forth several times so she had the details we were looking for. On the day of the party the cake arrived with no writing / not even Happy Birthday on top and the design we had agreed to for the image was stuck to the front side of the cake like a belt buckle. When I called the owner did not apologize but merely said she didnât know how she could have missed it!! Then she offered to bring a cake topper over but by then it was too late. The party had started. Additionally I asked for mocha filling and what I got was not that. Hardly anyone ate the cake. When I complained there was no remorse at all . Very disappointed and never again.

Noland's made our wedding cakes and they were masterpieces! Not only did they look stunning, with intricate details that matched our wedding theme and vision beautifully, but they also tasted incredible. Highly recommended!

when we got there they lost our order and we had to wait 20 minutes for a cake that shouldâve been ready, the cake was supposed to say âbirthday girlâ and they put âgirl birthdayâ probably in a rush to finish the cake. the cake didnât even hold for a day in the fridge, and the taste was mediocre for a $90 cake.

Love their cakes and service!I ordered their signature Black Forest cake and it was soft, fluffy with a tarty cherry filling. I got a couple of cupcakes too: chocolate and pink champagne. I absolutely love the frosting on the cake, it was light, fresh and not too sweet. I placed the order on phone and picked up in store. The whole process was simple and quick.
Awesome experience with Parawan (sp?) - did a same day turnaround due to a fiasco with another place and they were able to exactly make what we wanted similar to this pic. Thank you!!!

Overall process to order a custom cake was easy. Cake was a 5 out of 5. We ordered a 6in Sonic themed cake. Cost was lower than most cake places Iâve ordered from in the past total for the design was $147. We did cookies and cream with a Bavarian cream filling. Was moist perfect level of sweetness, Bavarian cream was so silky absolutely delicious. There was buttercream and fondant around the cake. Only thing I wish they would of told me was to wait until the cake was at room temperature to place the figures on top or I wish they would have placed them on there for me it would have been a smoother process as I almost ruined the cake placing them on. Regardless I would recommend Nolandâs bake shop to family and friends and I will be ordering again.

I picked up an assortment of mini cakes from Gene's Fine Foods to give them a try. These are absolutely incredible! Both the cake and the frostings are light and fluffy and incredibly delicious. I would be very stressed getting a full sized cake, because it might be eaten by the time I got to the other end of Pleasanton.

As A First Time Customer, The Cake Was Amazing, Soft, and The Icing Was Rich. But They Confused My Order By Giving Me A 6 Inch Cake. I Even Gave Them A Image Showing The Exact Size && Design I Wanted For My Cake. They Thought I Said 8 Servings When I Said I Wanted An 8 Inch Cake. I Was Completely Upset Because I Had 15 People Who Came To My Sleepover Birthday Party && Everyone Including Myself ( The Birthday Girl ) All Had To Get Thin Slices. But Overall The Cake Was Really Good.
