Our anniversary visit went well. Excellent service and food. The only negative was the price...2 lunch specials, plus lettuce wraps and soda and tea....$90. with tip. Sticker shock! We will be priced out of lunch here.
Awesome server - very friendly, knowledgable! Food was delicious and came out super quickly!
Just had a nice time with friends and family at this P.F. Chang's. One person even brought his small dog and was ok. We shared the ribs, green beans, rice and Korean chicken as well as the chicken lettuce wraps. It was a little hot yo be outside but we were fine. Service was good
My son's 18th birthday, and this was his choice. I didnt expect much, but was pleasantly surprised! We ate well, laughed a little too loud, and had a great time! Our server was exceptional! We will be back!
The staff were very friendly and provided decent service but seemed severely short-staffed. Just saw a handful of servers for the whole place. I suspect the kitchen is similar.
While our appetizers and main courses came out fairly quickly, it took FOREVER to get dessert and then get the check settled.
Food was quite bad….the main reason we had stopped going to PF Chang’s (which we used to love). The Kung Pao beef was hard and rubbery and seemed greasy. The taste was also missing. Just doused in some sauce. And prices were fairly high (almost $30 for main dishes).
Appetizers were OK and the cocktails were decent, albeit small for $13-15.
Not worth a return.

My husband and I decided to stop at PF Chang’s for dinner one night while in Pleasanton. It wasn’t too busy, we were early for the dinner rush. We were pleasantly surprised to get an open table right away in the bar area. The lights were down lower than normal and we were told it was because the AC was not working which made it a little uncomfortable while eating. However, our server and the food helped to make up for the lack of cool air.
Our server Markeiha greeted us promptly and offered to get us a beverage to enjoy while looking at the menus. She quickly returned with our beverages and took our orders. She was very friendly, and professional and made us feel like valued customers. She was very attentive to us and was there when our water and sodas needed to be refilled. She provided us with excellent service which we shared with the manager on duty. She shared with us that it was Markeiha’s last day unfortunately. It was my opinion that they needed to do something to keep her because she was an asset to the restaurant, to which she agreed. She even said that Markeiha competent enough that she could manage the bar area on a Friday night all by herself!! That is what a business needs!
Our food was excellent, loved the new Teriyaki chicken meal. Please don’t take it off the menu!

Would give service a 0 due to Janice ( manager ) attitude & there lack of understanding what a person ordered.. Waiter was great but Janice needs to take a class on how to treat customers.. Do better P.F Chang's...

I have come to this place in the past, and the host was a young man who was very snarky. I vowed to never come back. That was in 2019. I came back just last Thursday and was shocked at the wonderful service by the hostess there. I believe her name was Phoebe. She was very kind and made everyone in my group feel extremely welcome. The food was decent, about average for a Pf Changs. Nice experience.

Our group is a “Birthday Lunch Group” that gets together every three months to celebrate birthdays that happened during that time. There were 12 of us in attendance. Laura was our waitress and she was so great and attentive to us. We loved our lunches. The food was delicious. Everyone wants to go back again.
Good food, but very expensive

My friends and I got the lunch special on Wednesday, for the price the amount of food was good, the atmosphere of the place was nice with big painting on the walls and plenty of light, one thing that I didn't like was when we ordered the crispy honey chicken and fried rice there was a lot more rice and not enough chicken, we also ordered a drink the pomegranate lemonade, nothing special just tasted like regular lemonade, they do give you unlimited refills and a to-go cup to take with you, the service was nice and quick, would go again
