Our group is a “Birthday Lunch Group” that gets together every three months to celebrate birthdays that happened during that time. There were 12 of us in attendance. Laura was our waitress and she was so great and attentive to us. We loved our lunches. The food was delicious. Everyone wants to go back again.

We sat on their patio for lunch and their patios are very nice. The patios are completely covered with glass walls to enjoy the view. They have built-in heaters that worked so well we asked them to turn them off shortly afterward. We were the only ones seated outside so it was nice and quiet and we could enjoy our conversation. The rice bowls and potstickers were delicious as was my green tea which was served in a hot pot along with honey. Our wait staff was very attentive, checking up on us regularly. The best part is that this restaurant is dog friendly!

Kieran was our server on Saturday and it was absolutely lovely. Kieran is so professional and made the experience awesome. I hope we get Kieran next time! Best service!
Dietary restrictions: I have a shellfish allergy and Kieran and the managers came and personally talked to me and assured me my food would be prepared to meet my food allergy and be shellfish free. Great job Kieran and PF Chang Pleasanton staff!
Food was way over salted and green beans were undercooked. Service was good but atmosphere was a bit tired.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the location at Stone ridge Mall. I sat at the bar and was fortunate to have Anjel as the bartender and server. Excellent service, outstanding drinks! Consistent perfect pours. You must ask Anjel to make the Pink Lotus Cosmo.. The food was fantastic. Mongolian beef, pork pot stickers and kung Pao brussel sprouts. The presentation was lovely and the manager stopped my yo check in. I will certainly return.

I have mostly dined at either the PF Chang's at Sunnyvale or the Stanford Mall. After moving to the east bay I wanted to try out the one at Pleasanton given that the one in Fremont had permanently closed. I went out there for our anniversary dinner with my wife and daughter. We had a great server who helped us in ordering Pork Egg rolls, Singapore street noodles and Chang's spicy chicken. The pork egg rolls were a delight and an absolute recommendation. The noodles and the spicy chicken went very well together and tasted perfect. The portion sizes are quite proportional to the price. I think during busy dinner days it's better to reserve before heading out. Overall, a great experience.

The bartenders are nice and the service in the bar is good. A wide variety of colorful drinks.
Food is quite good and selection is wide, but if you adverse to saltiness then you need to tell them first because the food can tend to be quite salty

I write this as I am waiting to be acknowledged ten minutes into sitting at the bar with only one other patron at entire bar. Place order for drink and appetizer and entrée all at once considering the gap in time to be taken care of. Finished drink waiting for appetizer, but enteee comes out first. Start eating since I don't want my meal to get cold. No offer for another drink. But midway into my entree, a server walks behind the bar to the bartender with my appetizer. Bartender realizes the mess up and sends the appetizer back, without even mention to me, thinking I may have forgot?!?! BTW, still no drink refill offer. This chain was once a nice place to come to. The investment in training your hires needs an overhaul if you want to bring your once respected establishment back to par, I hope these types of reviews is not overlooked and is taken into account. Good luck.

Didn’t get any water after 10 min Service was horrible Waiters are very rude an very passive aggressive Manager was nice, offer a piece of cake but nothing else might be the last time we go here an to be honest it was a very uncomfortable experience an environment employees were not working ever waiter walk by us without a word

This is the last time I come here. The food that was served was really salty, so salty in fact that I got sick and had to rush to the restroom.
I went to this restaurant with my family a long time ago and I recall the food not being so salty. It is so sad to see the food quality go down at this place
I think the chefs need to take a hint on not relying on salt so much for flavoring.
