Worst Panda I’ve been. The portion size is a joke, and the taste is horrible — you can definitely tell from how brown the celery is in the chow mein and how dark the eggplant is that the food has been there for a VERY long time, not fresh at all. And don’t even mention the taste.If you are really in the mood for Panda, go to the other ones jn Pleasanton, there are a couple of them around.

Has anyone noticed or it just me???The food containers keep getting smaller and smaller at Panda Express. The portions are also getting smaller, too. I asked another server to plz add a little more fried rice.Becoming a rip-off. These employees think they own the place ?

I love the place, I love the food, everything is great when you walk in, but when you order your food for a delivery they start forgetting things. Like just today I ordered my food and ordered Teriyaki sauce with it and even in the special requests area I wrote "two packets please" and when it got here there was no teriyaki sauce at all.

I ordered an online order for pick up. It was very poor quality food. I have gotten couple whole pieces of chicken and steak on my order and rest were scraps. I accidentally ordered on this location and would NEVER place order here again.

These guys are a joke- they give you small portions. So a combo plates cost $9.50 for barely two rice bowls of rice and scoops of food that use an ice cream scooper. Really for Chinese fast food?...use to go to Panda when it first started and has gotten worse over the years...People - time to find other places to go.
All managers of Panda Express need to read this. We know you all have to keep that bottom line but the amount of skimping they do at this location and other nearby locations is ridiculous. Any entree with vegetables is basically a veggie dish where you barely give any actual meat (I.e. broccoli beef, angus beef with veggies which is +$1.25). I bought 3 plates each with broccoli beef and have had to complain to the server each time she was loading the plates that there is HARDLY any beef. Keep this up and Panda's business will keep losing customers!

I like panda’s food! But the service is not good at all! Every time I order online, ask for napkins sweet souse and chopsticks, but they never put them in my bag! First time I thought it was a mistake but it happens every time! I ordered 5 meals , just gave me 2 fortune cookies ! When you ask for delivery they charge you for service! What service? They even don’t bother to read costumer requests!

I should have posted this along time ago but Will NEVER BE COMING BACK!!!! I got Food Poisoning from this place along time ago. One of my friends was just there and is super sick from what ever he ate! Lost two good costumers! DO Better!
