In tri valley area have been to one on regional street and Santa Rita. This Santa Rita location used to have most of the pastries and snacks till late in the day.Today we visited at 4.15pm and they were out of almost everything.Upon asking specifically for hot english breakfast tea the manager lady gave me Earl Grey and said it is the same tea.I am a tea drinker and know my teas.If they were out of it they should have informed me when I placed my order. The only location which is new and not yet gone down the same road as these two locations is Pleasant Hill one.Sad to see a good brand become callous.

The bakery was okay but the services was terrible. I was trying to order ice espresso on ice but I’m not sure how they make since every cafe is different. I ask politely with the cashier” how many shot you put in ice espresso by order, he get confused and said they don’t do something like that here. I understand and tell him can I have 4 shot of espresso on ice no water. And then he just told me he will charge me for ice americano and then told me we don’t usually do that since we are Bakery not coffee shop. “ what kind of attitude is that !!!! I believe he’s owner. And the lady also bad attitude towards me and my friend as well. If the service job is hard just don’t open one okay!! I’m a customer please treat me like one

Close this location DOWN! Please read all bad reviews first . I went here today for my first time. I placed the order through the app, first they tell my relative that they don’t have it. So now I go inside, and they have my partial order. The kid at the register tells me they don’t have the other item so told me to pick one item from their shelf (their 80% empty shelf mind you) so I check out the shelf, there’s nothing good there. Now I ask for a refund. The kid and the older lady there tell me I can’t get a refund, because I have to call corporate now for a refund? How does that work. If you want to waste your time for $6-10 refunds, this place is for you.

Stopped in for a coffee frappe. Absolute garbage. Runny, no sweetness.

No cap, McDonalds is better.

Threw it in the trash. $6 wasted.

We have been a regular customer and have generally had no issues so far, but yesterday was an exception. The macaroons were all incorrectly labeled so we had to mention the color to place an order of few macaroons. It was so confusing that at one point I lost track of which colors and counts I told the person at the register and he was visibly upset when requested to repeat.
Ordered a slice of chocoholic chiffon cake slice that was not given and we realized it only after getting home.
And right after our order, we saw they were packing all the remaining macaroons that were in the shelf and replacing with a fresh batch. The ones we got were all stale and tasted very bitter.

Did not expect such a poor experience from Paris Baguette and this would be our last visit to the Pleasanton store.

Delicious menu from top to bottom. My issue is hygiene. The cash register member never wears gloves. He/she will literally type the order into the system, then proceed to grab a slice of cake with no gloves.

Please address this issue immediately to prevent contamination.

Every time I come to this place, I keep getting surprised at how great the cakes are. I have to be honest the cakes are a little pricey, but my family and I are worth it.

o Drove to the Pleasanton, California store during Lunch time;

o Went for the famous Paris Baguettes

o The owner said, “10 minutes and come back and buy all ten” ( bought two since I only had two single deliveries )

o Delivered the bundle of bread goodness to my friends to enjoy.

They are owners of a local restaurant and donut shop currently each known as the Best in San Ramon, Contra Costa County, California.

One reaction after taking their first bite: "The baguette was delicious by itself, I kept eating it."

The chain of Paris Baguette is usually very good. I like their pastries and cakes. I got a Tiramisu cake worth $50+. If you’ve had the pleasure of having a real Tiramisu cake in the Europe (I’m spoilt and have a sweet tooth) you’ll set your own bar high for Tiramisu cakes. That said, if your Tiramisu has 50-60% icing or whipped cream, that’s not a Tiramisu cake AT ALL. I feel cheated for paying $50+ for a cake that was comprised of whipped cream and icing for most of its part. And then the cake itself was not even close to being a Tiramisu. Grab a cake moist cake mix from Safeway, add generous amount of whipped egg in it and you’ll get better results compared to what they’re selling at Paris Baguette in the name of Tiramisu!! Never getting a Tiramisu again from here!

We ordered almond Croissants and chocolate crossiant but none of them has any stuff in it. I could better have bought plain crossiant and put sliced almond and chocolate syrup, because that's what i got. The cake taste stale. Please avoid going to this place
