The cake was stale, very old and dry. Never shop there again, paid good money but it was an embarrassing moment serving that to my guest, totally ruined our special celebration

I used to really enjoy the almond croissants here, but that's no longer the case. I've been visiting regularly, hoping to satisfy my craving, but I've been disappointed. They now take butter croissants, slice them open, and fill them to make almond croissants. Unfortunately, they end up being over-baked and no longer fluffy. Please, enough of this!

Everything is good but workers wear unchanged gloves to pick up food. Whatever gloves was used to touch the register and everything else are the same gloves used to touch food.

I ordered 1 DECAF iced coffee and 4 regulars. They did not bother making the decaf. I know cause I'm very sensitive to caffeine. In general the iced coffee is not good...very weak coffee taste. Coffee is premade in fridge.

Terrible experience. Made me pay for a replacement sandwich when they gave me an order with bacon. She just took off the meat in front of me. Blamed me for ordering it wrong. Should have supported the business again but on principle i wanted the correct sandwich.

I was there 8:50 am in the morning yesterday. There’s flies inside the food shelves biting breads!! I talked with the staffs they don’t care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Inside the shelves for croissants

Amazing experience, with an amazing atmosphere and friendly staff! I really like the service, as they were being very fast with their job. I highly recommend this place!

I walked into the store on the afternoon of April 21st, hoping to order a birthday cake for my son. Unfortunately, the staff member was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I tried to ask a simple question about whether a freshly made cake could be arranged on the day of pickup if ordered in advance, but he completely ignored me. Instead, he left me standing there and said he needed to help other customers—without ever returning to assist me.

Because of this, I never got to place an order. Being treated this way just before my son’s birthday was incredibly upsetting. I left the store feeling disrespected and disappointed. I will not be coming back.

I love the strawberry cake here😍 the coffee is also good! We come here every week to have a peaceful afternoon tea☕️
