Paris Baguette

Second update: I emailed them as requested and no response yet, this was just a fake attempt at pretending to help me.

Update: Paris baguette responded to my review and have reached out to the email to provide feedback and see if they can make this right.

I ordered a marked down breakfast item in the evening and was charged full price at the counter. I also requested a message be written on the birthday cake and the employee tried to discourage me by saying it will take 15 mins and could see visible frustration from the employees when I said I can wait. The cake was ready in just 5 mins, so clearly he was lying. I’m not coming back to this particular location again.

I came in 35 minutes before closing and the indian server and her manager both said no we can’t do hot drinks, it takes too long to wash the machine. I said oky i can do a cold matcha and they said nooo sorry thats not possible either, no reason stated. Bare in mind they themselves said its 30 mins before closing and all the chairs are already
Like why are you even open?

While its thanksgiving, so i appreciate them being here but seriously half of the people left empty handed. I would like to report this location.

Piping hot drinks are perfect for warming you up! Came later in the evening so the food choices were pretty good for being later in the evening. Everything seemed clean and orderly. Staff seemed tired but were still pleasant and made sure to deliver great quality. I would still rather come here than to any other major chain for coffee or pastries/quick bite. Nice reliable place to come to. Try one of the snowman donuts while they're in season! They're delightfully light while still hitting that sweet spot you may be craving.

I recently visited Paris Baguette and had an unpleasant experience. While checking out, I noticed one of the employees moving pastries from one tray to another. She was wearing a glove on one hand, but her other hand was bare. When some bread stuck to the tray, she used her bare hand to push it down and touch the bread directly.
That was very disappointing and unhygienic to see, especially in a place that serves fresh food. Proper food-handling practices should be followed at all times — using both gloves or proper utensils would make a big difference

The cashier working in the front was taking a break outside of the store while smoking. That doesn’t seem very sanitary.

I really enjoy Paris Baguette overall, but this specific location completely ruined my experience. I selected two pastries and was ready to order a drink, but I waited to be checked out. I was the only customer there, yet three or four people behind the counter seemed uninterested in helping me right away. I stood there with the two pastries in front of the counter, and after about 2 to 3 minutes of being ignored, I asked a gentleman if someone could assist me since I was in a hurry. He completely ignored me and started talking to a woman nearby. Just when I was about to give up, another woman came over to help me with a smile. However, after deciding not to leave a tip due to my experience and not ordering the drink because too much time had gone by, she noticed I hadn’t added it because of my unpleasant experience. You could see her expression change from a fake smile to one of annoyance, which was quite obvious. I’m not sure if it’s the overall experience or just this location, but the pastries were not very filling.

The cake was stale, very old and dry. Never shop there again, paid good money but it was an embarrassing moment serving that to my guest, totally ruined our special celebration

I used to really enjoy the almond croissants here, but that's no longer the case. I've been visiting regularly, hoping to satisfy my craving, but I've been disappointed. They now take butter croissants, slice them open, and fill them to make almond croissants. Unfortunately, they end up being over-baked and no longer fluffy. Please, enough of this!

Orders were messed up, toasted sandwich was cold in the middle. ZERO hygiene, no one washing hands in between taking money, preparing food and drinks, touching faces and phones. Sad...
