I love Paris Baguette, who doesn't. But I am not happy with my experience at this location. The place closes at 9 pm and I was there at 8:30 pm. I ordered a cake and they refused to write Happy Birthday on it stating that they are closing soon. My daughter had to urgently use the restroom and they refused to let her use it even though we ordered a huge cake. They stated that they close the restrooms 30 minutes before the actual closing time. I mean who does that!

Bought two pieces of cake and they were both very old. The cream was hard and extremely sweet. I used to love this place but they started to become so much worse than before…

Overcharging issue.. ordered 2 pastries and was charged for same. When opened the box after reaching home, it had only one pastry. When I called the bakery, person was not willing to credit the amount over phone and asked me to drive back to store (8 miles from my place) next morning to discuss with owner. He was not even willing to share his name as reference. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Food was yummy, our service was good, however the customer next to us being helped the cashier used her hand to load the box which was disheartening. I have a food allergy I like the labels showing the description I wish they could be alil bigger it would be helpful but we will return.

My recommendation, if you want good customer service, or concern about nut allergies, avoid Paris Baguette -- especially avoid this location. I definitely will not be going back. When I went in to pick up a holiday cake I had ordered, I asked if had nuts and the person helping me asked someone else if it had nuts. She didn't know so she asked someone else and after thinking for a while, they said it did indeed have nuts. I went back out to my car and then called my wife and she was irate because she specifically ordered it to not have nuts, as per the web page.I went back in to double-check, showing what the ingredients list online said, and they said that it didn't have nuts. For them to be so cavalier about the nuts vs. no-nuts question is pretty infuriating when I have two people in my family with severe nut allergies. But they just brushed it off like it was nothing. The assistant manager was rude and when I asked for the manager she said "What's up?". Not "How can I help you?" Not assuming the customer was right or deferring to the customer. Just "What's up?"At this point, I don't want to do business at all with them, so I asked for a refund. They said that since I took the cake out that they couldn't do it. I asked for just a refund and to have them throw the cake out since they were misleading and I didn't want to do business with them. I didn't want a free cake, I just didn't want to give them my business. Again they refused. So I left and will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I usually go to the Dublin location and thought I give this place a try, but I was disappointed. Does not seem to be under the same ownership and service was not the greatest compared to Dublin. I can now see why there were some bad reviews. Even the way they packaged my pastries was careless and cheap. As if they didn't want to use the extra box just to save some $$. Put all my pastries in one box and didn't care if it got ruined. I also bought a box of chocolate cream puffs and didn't even put everything in a bag for me, so I had to ask for one since I had a lot to carry by myself. Ordered a cake as well and Happy Birthday writing was sloppy and ugly! No chocolate birthday sign on top of the cake like I normally get at the Dublin location. Quality also not comparable. First and last time!!

I love Paris Baguette! They have all kinds of cakes and freshly baked pastries. We picked up a birthday cake from what they had on display and it was so worth it. Also picked up a few pastries. We were in and out with no time to waste.

Girl on cash register shout at me if I want the receipt wen I was deciding if I want print or other it’s just took me a minute to telling her but I could see they were in a hurry to clean and she just throw me the bred on the counter with no bag or asking me if I would like a bag, really bad actitud.
