I like good coffee, meaning not all that sugar and creams and syrups but good straight coffee. They do have specialty coffees with different flavors, but their base coffee is amazing. Jacob's Wonderbar is my favorite blend.

Philz Coffee is always good. The coffee is consistent and made exactly how I like it. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly (Mia:), welcoming, and takes the time to get your order right. It’s my go to spot when I want a solid cup of coffee & lil pick me up and a relaxed place to hang out, especially now that there’s a closer location other than San Ramon. Always a good experience. Good vibes.

I'm a big fan of Philz coffee and was so excited for one to come to Pleasanton. I've gone into the Pleasanton location a few times since it opened. The first time I came in it was really slow compared to other locations, but the last two times it's definitely been better. The staff is really friendly and the coffee is always great. The inside is a bit small, which is fine when you come at off hours. If you come at a peak time it may be hard to find a seat. All in all, I'm thrilled there is a Philz in Pleasanton!
So so slow be prepared to wait well over 35 - 40 minutes for your drink

Ordered hot tiramisu coffee month ago. I loved it. Especially the cocoa powder on top. It tasted so good. Came back today again. Ordered the same tiramisu coffee today. That tasted like regular coffee latte. And on top of it waited 25-30 mins in the line just to order. I’m so disappointed.
