Delicious pho in a relaxed setting. Broth was rich with a deep flavor. This is where you should go for a special occasion. Loads of beef in the pho, along with very fresh ingredients. There were quite a few varieties of beef pho on the menu, from single beef vaieties all the way to loaded varieties that carried ingredients like tripe. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Service is always great. I’ve been here a few times, though stop cause the pho always comes out piping hot but the broth, sandwiches, and pork in the rice plates lean sweeter than I’d prefer. I seem to always use about a whole lime just to tone down the sweetness in the broth and fish sauce for the bun.

I've been at Pho Queen half a dozen times. I've had the pho, egg noodle soup, banh mi, rice plates, cha gio, and coffee. I think it's among the top 3 Vietnamese restaurants in the East Bay. The best in the Tri-Valley by a big margin. The menu is simple, but very delicious. The owner and cook (named Thuy, I think) is a very sweet and hard working woman.
