It is a working person pho place with loud people, quiet workers who ignore you until you wave for attention as they zoom by to drop off food to other people and race back to get other dishes served fresh and piping hot. Your table will be sticky, so just ask for more napkins to wipe it down.

So, eat anything and everything as cheaper than those other fancy places who serve less for more $.

I suggest the beef roll, so good and so much beef. Recommended to me by mechanics working for all of the car dealerships nearby.

Huge parking lot of ignored ranch 99 and plaza. Lots of tables fir about 48 people, so a quick, come in, wave, order, wait, eat and burn mouth, pay at cashier, leave = 20 minutes total, and want to come back.

Walked in with a big group around opening time on a Sunday and had no problem getting a table. Food was delicious and came out fast. There are a lot of pho restaurants in the area so it’s nice to see this one holding its own

The broth was perfectly savory, exactly what I look for in pho. Great portions and prices here. I ordered a small #1 and there was so much meat! The restaurant is also very clean and home-y. Definitely a go-to spot!

Food was amazing but Iost my appetite after hearing the waitress speak in Vietnamese loudly to the other workers there about how I worked so much food but I’m eating alone. I guess the business doesn’t want my money. I packed everything to go. First time there. Last time also. I know I might not look Vietnamese but it don’t matter a business shouldn’t talk about their customers like that. Then when I confronted them. They said they were worried saying I ordered the wrong thing. I said no I know exactly what I ordered. I pointed. Should have seen the look on the workers face when I spoke Vietnamese

Okay, so ordered the #12 (steak and flank), ended up receiving a full bowl including tripe and tendon. Horrified, I sent it back.. I don't eat organs or inestines (just not my thing). Second serving, no tendon, but bits of tripe floating around. I'm guessing the sou chef removed most of the larger bits and just returned this to me. Still tripe bits floating in it, which I discovered after a bite. I just say I want to leave. At this point I have no appetite but the waitress insists I stick around for round 3. I eat a portion but I am already nauseous. I will not come back here ever.

I recommend this spot. My goto Vietnamese PHO restaurant. Been working in Livermore for over 20 years and this is my spot. I've been to many other PHO spots too but they are expensive. This place is affordable for both PHO and rice plates. Lots of Asian folks eat here too. Check it out!

Don’t go here!!! We used to go here all the time. About a week ago I ordered plain broth because we have someone sick in the house and they allowed it. Today when I called, they stated that “today they decided they will not serve plain broth anymore.” There’s plenty other pho places in Pleasanton that is much better. I do not recommend.

They also serve you old food. I have gotten to go ordered where the meat is a bit gray and the sprouts are brown and the cilantro is old and brown.

They are not customer friendly. Queen pho off of Santa Rita is better. If you have someone sick in the house, this is the place to go. They will serve you the plain broth

This is my favorite pho place of all time. Nothing is remotely as good once you’ve eaten here. The service is amazing fast with immediate seating, quick ordering, and no wait for food.
