Okay, so ordered the #12 (steak and flank), ended up receiving a full bowl including tripe and tendon. Horrified, I sent it back.. I don't eat organs or inestines (just not my thing). Second serving, no tendon, but bits of tripe floating around. I'm guessing the sou chef removed most of the larger bits and just returned this to me. Still tripe bits floating in it, which I discovered after a bite. I just say I want to leave. At this point I have no appetite but the waitress insists I stick around for round 3. I eat a portion but I am already nauseous. I will not come back here ever.

I recommend this spot. My goto Vietnamese PHO restaurant. Been working in Livermore for over 20 years and this is my spot. I've been to many other PHO spots too but they are expensive. This place is affordable for both PHO and rice plates. Lots of Asian folks eat here too. Check it out!

Don’t go here!!! We used to go here all the time. About a week ago I ordered plain broth because we have someone sick in the house and they allowed it. Today when I called, they stated that “today they decided they will not serve plain broth anymore.” There’s plenty other pho places in Pleasanton that is much better. I do not recommend.
They also serve you old food. I have gotten to go ordered where the meat is a bit gray and the sprouts are brown and the cilantro is old and brown.
They are not customer friendly. Queen pho off of Santa Rita is better. If you have someone sick in the house, this is the place to go. They will serve you the plain broth

I usually eat here once a week. Their pho is unbelievably tasty [both the ingredients and the broth] and, their pricing is extremely reasonable [considering a good bowl of pho is incredibly expensive these days]. They offer 3/three sizes of pho, small large and extra large [I usually order a large, can't imagine someone eating an extra large]. They also have other food items on the menu but haven't tasted them, yet. Service is courteous, competent and downright friendly. Overall, they deserve their 5-star rating. If you like pho, come here.

This place was good! Reminded me of a Pho restaurant I used to like. I would come back again.
My partner and I came here last week to Enjoy some hot pho on a cloudy day. However, we ended up getting very sick the past three days now right after leaving the restaurant. The pho and appetizers weren’t fresh, the appetizers tasted a day old. Which is unfortunate. During the service as I was scanning the room, it was extremely filthy. No cleanliness whatsoever. The curtains had brown splashed stains on them, the corners on the ground had dirt piled up. For a Saturday it was extremely slow, told me all I needed to know about this place. Please, be considerate of your guests and their health and maintain sanitation.
Save your time and get pho somewhere else.

It's always a pleasure from this restaurant.. family owned and ran! I had dinner with my wife, and I believe the owners daughters were working today as beautiful as ever... the daughter wearing the hello kitty top was smiling a lot... which I love to see... this brings so much joy to my day! I love to see the owners daughters as it reminds me of when I would help my grandparents with running their restaurant when I was younger! It brings back so much memories...Happy to see the daughters growing up as we have been eating here going on 10 years... Thank you for another pleasant dinner we had 2- #43s and 1 coke... clean and positive environment, always welcome with open arms and warm smile! Hope to see the family soon!
