New owners....pho was very good. I feel like most pho restaurants tastes the same. But this pho stood out. The tripe was crisp, not rubbery (over cooked) the meat was tender. Hopefully the quality stays consistent!

Banh Xeo - really good, crisp and tasty

Nem nuong cuon. Just ok, not enough meat and no mint.

Bun Rieu - also good

Pho Rib - rib was tough. I prefer Pho Hanoi’s fall of the bone rib.

Bun Bo hue - just ok

I would go back for the Banh Xeo and Bun Rieu.

Service is much better than Pho Lovers in Dublin.

I'm currently getting over a cold and needed some hot soup for lunch. I've driven past this place for the past year but never made the effort to come. I decided to change that today. The outside can be a little easy to miss as it's tucked away in an open strip mall, but parking is ample.

I was immediately seated as it was really packed for the lunch hour. The menu isn't huge on variety but in a good way. Too many restaurants try to pack too...
