Came here a few years back but at Hayward location and it was not good at all.
I decided to give the Pleasanton location a try last night food was amazing and delicious.
The bread pudding was very undercooked but everything else was delightful and delicious......

First discovered Black Bear in Colorado Springs and was so impressed with the service and food that I ate there twice in 2 days, so when I found there was another in Pleasanton, of course I had to give it a try. The service was still exceptional, and the food was tasty and plenty of it! Glad to see that the principles and values are consistent across locations, even those with enormous distances between them. Thank you again.
