I had previously given a 5 but with the new changes to the menu the flavor and quality has gone way down I wish they wouldn't have changed it.Update to the establishment's comment below.We just ordered 12/27 additionally the menu changed at ALL plucked locations so it applies to all. Myself and the 6 other people ordering did not appreciate the new changes. Some of our favorite items are gone and the new items just don't do it. The tacos are smaller and the flavors are not the same.

The tacos and salads are my go to here! Always good, on the healthier side and never an issue with the order. Today I went to pick up my tacos for lunch and this simple gesture really goes a long way! Made my day Thank you

They have a damn good chicken sandwich - one of the best I've ever had. Their hottest heat level, "Hot as Pluck", is not that hot, though. Needs more pain.

I’ve only had positive experiences here. I love their chicken sandwich and their waffle fries are far superior than any other fast food restaurants. Crispy & crunchy on the outside and soft & pillowy on the inside. The items are slightly pricier but the standard of quality is reflected. This is the best place to get an exceptional chicken sandwich any day of the week…especially Sunday.

I went here a few times last week and each time was so great! Sofia was so helpful and thoughtful with everything. It made me really feel welcomed there and the food was ready pretty fast and it was so good! I loved the atmosphere of the place because of how clean and vibrant it was!Definitely, a spot I will hint more often!

Delicious!! I asked for suggestions and the manager was kind to suggest yummy not so spicy ones for me. Lots of seating inside and out. Close to a busy area and right off the freeway so not so hard to find. I was only able to finish half of my order but the leftovers were still as good the next day. I definitely can't wait to come back! Service was so great, I just couldn't believe there was only a few people when I was there. I am so going to suggest this spot to everyone I know. The manager suggested their desserts but I had already planned to try another location for sweets so when I come back a dessert item will definitely be on my order.
What happened to this place ??? I have never had this here before !!! Chicken chicharron ??? These are hard, burnt and dry. $38 for burnt tenders. I think that one is a wrench they dipped in flour and fried. Do better plucked

Came here while at the Goodguys show. Trying to save a few bucks over the fairgrounds vendors. They had great reviews on Yelp. Ordered the Sticky Chicky sandwich which was good, but the bun wasn't fresh. The spicy slaw was good and the chicken was crispy. The fries also had a good flavor, but should have been coated evenly as each bite was different. The tenders on the tacos were small and the flavor was a little odd. Pricing was a little high, but they do a military discount that helped. Would be back to try the wings.

Plucked used to be great, but I’ve had a pretty bad experience the last few times I’ve been here. Twice in a row now, I ordered loaded fries and got soggy fries with no chicken, no veggies. I called and left a message for the manager and got zero response. Made me disappointed enough to leave a bad review.

Very inconsistent levels of quality. I had a chicken sandwich here a few months ago, and it was good. This time, I ordered the Nashville tenders. They were dry, bland, and quite small for the price.
