I don't believe this place is opened on the weekends. I called to ask about their selection a few times but no answer.
I was very impressed by the selection of gluten-free items at this bakery. They are gluten friendly so if you have celiac, I would ask before purchasing! I tried cookies, bars and cake just to give it all a shot and everything was a great sweet treat. I was also impressed about the hours as it’s very hard to find dessert. That is an ice cream that is open till 10 PM!

This is the second time I have been there. What I love is that the food is all fresh and a great wide set of choices. Till date I have tried a bunch of items and haven't loved all of them.

We have been feasting on primrose's spectacular apple strudel For the past few years. This morning on a whim I tried a Swedish Gold. OMG.

I never ever leave reviews but this marvelous gem needs some serious consideration!! The cakes are just next level amazing! Love love love their fruit cakes but if you’re a true blue chocolate lover this place is heaven for you!! The chocolate cakes are decadent moist and chocolatey!!! I cannot recommend them enough! Please give this little gem a try and appreciate this small business!
P.S- I wish it were a tad bit reasonable so I could come here often!

I'll start with the 1-Star for the atmosphere. It's great they expanded their bakery and have a very limited area of indoor seating. Maybe it was the day/time I was there (on a Saturday around 3pm). Why do people have this need to take their dogs inside this place? Why? That family that were there. Why did you have 3 dogs with you? It's disgusting. This family of 6 not only took all the seating, they had cornered off 1/4 of the baker for their dogs only. They setup a dog-playpen. They busted out the dog bowls. They even bought donuts for the dogs! Why management didn't say anything - beyond me. They should put a sign on the door that says this baker is dog friendly and dogs will be eating inside. Might as well have a donut and coffee down at the local kennel, because it's no different. I'm urging all business - please tell your customers NO to bring their entire family of pets to your establishment. It's dirty and disgusting and people eating food and have human time, don't want be disturbed because you can't leave your dog at home while you go out and about. If you can't leave your dog at home, don't leave your house or get a dog sitter.
Other than that, the pastries are delicious. Nice they got a new espresso maker to make fancy drinks now.

Even though I read a bad review about the canolli I wanted to try it. The pistachio canolli was very good! It's unfortunate people make such invalid remarks about small shops like this that make a town great. I will definitely be back to try some of their other items. I hope you go make your own decision. I wish I bought 2. 😁

Had the worst experience with this bakery. Heard good reviews about their cakes so went in to order a custom cake to be picked up in 4 days. I was told initially that i could order with them directly at the store if the order is for simple edible fondant decoration. But when i went in to order the man was so rude that he was not ready to hear me out went on and on about how i should be placing the order via email. Also he clearly told me that he had other customers waiting so he would not listen to what i was trying to tell him. Felt racist to me and never thought it would happen in Pleasanton. Mind it your product might be good but if u don’t respect your customer you will lose business. Atleast you lost mine
Absolutely amazing service everything is yummy! Customer service is exceptional!
