Overpriced!! The taste and texture were not expected. My daughter refused to eat the cupcake after she ate a little bit. I can't force myself to finish the Tiramisu either.

Lovely people who coordinated well for birthday cake pick up with immediate call backs and complete information. Cake itself was fresh and lovely, though could do with little less sweet.

I love Irish Soda Bread and was delighted to see a loaf on the counter selling for approximately $10.00. The soda bread was very crumbly and really not edible. I was unable to cut a slice of this bread. I kept it for a week hoping it would firm up, put the crumbles in an air fryer to toast them--total bust. $10.00 is a lot to pay, if it were a delicious loaf, I would have been really happy. Their Irish Soda Bread was a total Dud.

Everything was so amazing. The only thing I would change is the canolli the flavor is perfect but as they are made in the morning the shells are too soft.

Nice on the outside. Dry and tasteless on the inside. Priced as high end sweets but low quality

This one is a cute little bakery in the downtown Pleasanton. I visited it on a Saturday morning, while I was visiting the Farmers Market nearby. I ordered Butter Crossiant and coffee. Good stuff. Will definitely visit again.

I don't live in the area. I live over by Concord, but I had met a friend for a late breakfast and I wanted some good bread and something sweet for later. After this visit, I can't wait to go back! Rye bread: so good! It's hearty and real bread, not like what you find on grocery shelves. It's not a strong rye, which I do love, but with its milder flavor profile I found it works with more foods. If I understood correctly, they don't make the bread and another baker supplies it under what I assume is a contract as it has a Primrose label. ***** Bourbon Maple Eclair ---- I can't stop thinking about it! So delicious!! The puff pastry was perfect. Real puff pastry isn't rubbery and too often that's what you get. This isn't just lazily filled with whipped cream like 90% of places when you get an eclair, it's half filled with a perfect custard and whipped cream. Now, as I write this I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't tell you all this, as then you'll go there and buy it all. But on the other hand, if you go and keep up love and demand this excellent bakery keeps doing their thing. My sincere compliments to the pastry chef! Chocolate cake: I got one of the personal sized, though really good for 2 people or 2 servings round cakes. I honestly don't know which cake I ended up with - could have been the salted caramel in. The sponge was light with a good flavor, the frosting etc had a good balance of sweetness. I recommend highly. It was the best cake of this style I've had in a long time. Presentation - all their offerings look amazing and if getting desserts to share with friends these will make a lovely visual presentation and delight the palates. Oops! No photos. Guess I'll have to go back soon and correct this error:) Go! Enjoy!

Nice small cake and pastry bakery. Good choices and quick service. Prices were a little on the expensive side.

This is absolutely one of my favorite stops in Pleasanton for a quick cup of coffee in the morning or an after school sweet treat for my kids or post dinner dessert as we stroll in downtown Pleasanton! The service is always fantastic and my favorite snickerdoodle always delights. Although those cheesecakes are phenomenal! Primrose Bakery is a gem in downtown Pleasanton and I love supporting them!

My husband & I stopped in at Primrose Bakery on Valentines Day after eating dinner at Sidetrack. We ordered a small/mini cake, and we split it at home. It was absolutely delicious!!! So fresh & moist. Very good & rich. We will most definitely be back.
