Nice place. Good ramen

We ordered 1 tonkotsu ramen, 1 pork rib ramen, and 1 karaage chicken in the afternoon time. The order speed was fast, probably because it was not high time. All meat seems a little over cooked for me (pork rib, karaage, charsu from the tonkotsu).

Very nice food portions, order the chicken mac with rice if you want the most value. I ate with 3 of my friends at it was around $25-30 total -we spilled our drink on accident and they gave us another one for free and cleaned it up asap. Mac is really good, portion is a bit small for the mac only; other portions are very generously served. 4.4/5.0

We ordered tonkotsu and black garlic ramen and both the broths were flavorless. The food was total disappointment but the silver lining was the service, which was quick and the staff were friendly.

One of the worst ramen I have tasted in Bay Area. Waste of money. The chef should learn from Ramen Negi chef. The chicken rice bowl was horrible. The chicken was definitely days old.

The food was served quickly even the grilled squid. We ordered two bowls of ramen and a grilled squid. The grilled squid has the right flavor but unfortunately it was dry and overcooked so made chewing quite challenging. The ingredients in the ramen could be more though based on the price. Otherwise, the flavor of the ramen soup was just right. The eggs in the ramen were well flavored. The place is clean and well ventilated.

I loved the food, serving size, their ingredients, but the price was fairly high. Definitely recommend, had a great time!

My biggest critique with different ramens is always the broth. The broth here is on the thinner side with a more subtle flavor. The noodles themselves were cooked well and the pork pieces were just okay. I loved the soft boiled egg though.

Went again after a few years, the food was the same, really tasty and portioned well. The downside is the price has shot up making it not worth it. 17$ for a basic bowl is a waste of time and money.

We hardly ever hit up a Japanese joint that isn't spick and span, and this spot was no different. But when it comes to the food, it let us down. The ramen we got was seriously lacking in flavor and that rich broth goodness you expect from ramen. And gyoza it was way too crispy. On the bright side, the service was quick, and the staff were super friendly.

First you have to order at the front desk and the food was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing with a warm mood. There was one employee named Raymond that was super kind and helped us order.

The food was delicious and excellent service. Great location downtown Pleasanton to take the kids and or easy access to get into a first floor location.
The restaurant had a clean atmosphere.
