Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I went and was dissatisfied with their appetizer boneless buffalo chicken it was fried and you could tell not fresh probably the old chicken they already had made then refried to heat up. Very greasy and the fries were greasy you could taste the oil taste only.. the flavor of the sweet potato fries were irrelevant. My burger was okay but just okay not great. I would save yourself a trip and spend your money elsewhere. The cooks just wanted to leave home probably so they were serving up anything.. I'm not coming here again.

My family and I love this place. The waitress, Jamie is Great!! I even called the manager over to tell him that she is wonderful. The restaurant however was out of a lot of food items, sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks, strawberries, oranges. Someone is not ordering the supplies properly for this restaurant. But this is still my favorite restaurant. Thanks for a Great Dining Experience Jamie!!

Very good food and very friendly staff

I love the menu, the service was not good. Our host seated us on a booth which was not wiped, seat was covered by crushed bun. Appetizer and Food served late, not hot.

First time tonight at this location. Our server was amazing Kaylee. We've been on a roadtrip for 2 months and have been to 5 different Red Robin's locations in that time. Unfortunately this location food was our LEAST FAVORITE. If it wasn't for our server great hospitality we would have left. Food was extremely slow. The wait for fries seemed to be overwhelming to cook. I had to change my burger and ordered a pizza to go. In the car now checking pizza. I literally have a Volcano eruption of sauce oozing from every slice ??. So disappointed as this was to make up for the sad burger I returned.

Actually surprised because we'd not been to this location, nor any Red Robin on some time, but my daughter & I decided to go back after some less than impressive prior experiences. We're glad we did because we were promptly seated - not too close to other patrons, which was great with covid restrictions. Our waitress promptly came by to take our order and brought my soft drink quickly. It was very hot outside so I drank the whole thing down in a couple minutes and she offered and then brought a refill without my having to track her down. We are vegans so she checked with her manager to make sure that everything we ordered was vegan, including the fries which are cooked in their own dedicated fryer. She stopped by to see if we needed anything else and promptly brought us refills on fries. Food came up very quickly, was hot, and nicely presented. She then came by and helped us to check out with the portable table top giz, which we appreciated. All In all, we will come back since this was indeed a positive experience!

When we walked in on a Sunday around 1pm, the restaurant was pretty empty. There were people waiting for a table. We walked up to the host stand and were told it would be a 1/2hr wait for 4 people. We ended up sitting in the bar because we didn't want to wait. It took about 20 minutes before someone took our drink order, then another 20+ minutes for someone to take our order. We did get our food in a reasonable amount of time and it was good. When asked if there was anything else that she could get us, we asked for more French fries. We got the bill, but no more fries.

I ordered the Scorpion Burger with a Veggie patty, as I Don't eat Meat, and a Red Zombie, Adult beverage. The Burger was the Bomb Diggity, as Will Smith would say. It has a Serious Kick, in Every bite I took, which I Absolutely Loved. It was a Messy job eating it, LOL! But that was ok, as Every Bite, for Me, was Hella Yummolicious!! I'd Most Definitely order it again. My burger came with Steak Fries (my Favorite) so yeah, I'm So Full, that i have No Room for Dessert. ?? but I'm ok with that, as I have Dessert at home, that I can eat.... Tomorrow, after my Fullness wears off. ?? I Most Definitely Recommend the Scorpion burger to Anyone who Loves a Nice Kick, in the Flavor of their food. Oh, I used my Birthday coupon for the Burger, so they only thing I had to pay for was my Yummy Adult drink. But... I'd definitely be willing to pay Full Price for this burger on any other occasion, now that I Know, how Yummy if is. ??

The waitress made an effort to come and introduce herself to me even though my wife had already been talked too and sent in our order

Based on the reviews, I wasn't sure how my experience here would be. The food was great and I was pleasantly surprised the service was quick. Overall I had a great experience dining in.

The food was good and fresh though the portions were minimal. The rates are a bit highly priced. When the other similar outlets could give the same food at better price, quantity and quality, I felt red Robin is over hyped.
