I’ve had a couple of issues with the restaurant accepting my promotional discounts. Help from the owner only made matters worse and was condescending and disrespectful. After a year of not buying pizza from the Hopyard location, we’ve recently been purchasing pizzas and service has been good. Unfortunately though when I was picking up my pizza order last week, one of the workers in the kitchen was picking at his nose in plain sight of everyone. Then he proceeded to touch pans and handles and never washed his hands! Utterly repulsed I informed the cashier but she couldn’t do anything and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I had to write down my complaint since the worker was within earshot and after I informed him I wanted my order to be redone because of what I saw, not only did the manager do very little to reassure me my pizza was clean but nothing in the sort of an apology or explanation was provided to me.

The owner's consistently abysmal behavior at this establishment is utterly unacceptable. On numerous occasions, he has outright declined to honor the Round Table Pizza coupon, fabricating flimsy excuses each time. Astonishingly, even though promotional signage throughout his restaurant invites customers to text a number for a $7 discount, he brazenly refused to extend the very same offer.This individual, who goes by the name Sadiq, epitomizes the absolute worst in terms of customer service and honoring their own promotions. This level of service is nothing short of deplorable.

I recently checked out the "All You Can Eat" Round Table Salad Bar off Hop Yard Road in Pleasanton, and it works! It's the perfect spot if you're on a tight budget but want something tasty - less than $15 for all you can eat in the SF Bay Area? Pretty cool, right?The salad bar was loaded with all kinds of good stuff. They had baby tomatoes, tangy pepperoncinis, crunchy cucumbers, and an awesome Round Table ranch dressing that was just right - not too thick or watery. Everything tasted fresh - each bite had some flavor to it.On my second round, I switched it up and went for the blue cheese dressing. It was thick and zesty, really amped up the flavor of the fresh greens and veggies. And guess what? They had hard-boiled eggs - don't see that at every salad bar.My third round, I think I tried the honey mustard dressing, just the right amount of tart sweetness you would expect from honey mustard. The real game-changer was the cooked chicken breast. Some salad bars don't have much meat, but this place was different. The chicken was pretty juicy and flavorful, making the salad even more filling and satisfying.The decor of the restaurant is old, but that's not really why you come here. Just look past that and enjoy the salad bar.The service was solid, too. The guy running the place was all about getting the job done - quick and efficient service, always making sure the salad bar was stocked and clean. It made the whole experience a lot better.To sum it up, I was pretty stoked about my visit to this Round Table Salad Bar. The fresh ingredients, tons of options, and cool service made it a good meal. I'd say it's about a 3.5-star place, but considering the value, variety, and overall experience, I'd bump it up to a 4. So, if you're in the area and looking for a great, affordable meal, you gotta check out the Round Table Salad Bar off Hop Yard Road in Pleasanton. It's good stuff.

I just ordered the King Arthur’s Supreme pizza for delivery at my hotel, best I’ve ever had. Delivery was 30Minutes early, yeah.driver was very kind as it’s pouring outside. Lots of toppings, great crust and sauce- hands down the best pizza. Delivered with Parmesan and red peppers, plates and napkins. Great job Round Table. A wonderful dinner! The only disadvantage was a min $25 order for delivery. Yet very happy and will put the extra in the fridge for breakfast.
If I could give them no stars or negative stars then I would. I tried to be unbiased after reading the other reviews but these others reviews dont lie. The staff at this establishment were so INCREDIBLY RUDE. Talked down to me and my mother and were overall very unprofessional. I cant believe they are still open based on how they talk to their customers. The food was medicore, would rather spend my money on porkys pizza down the street. I should have ran away, after seeing no one if their dining area during prime dinner hour. Will not be coming back! EVER!!

I had a disappointing experience at this pizza place. The owner was untruthful and didn't take responsibility for his mistakes, which left a bad taste in my mouth. The service was also quite impolite. Unfortunately, we ordered a pizza and discovered that the toppings we had paid extra for were missing. Even after we brought it to his attention, the owner refused to make it right by adding the toppings we had requested. As a result, I don't plan to return to this establishment in the future. I would recommend that you go to Porky's Pizza down the street. Much better service and pizza all the way around!

I want to give a shot out to this RT location and don't know why the negative reviews. Pizza is always yummy and the service from the guys has always been excellent each time I go in. Going here for years, easy to park and always able to jump out to grab your pizza.
