I used to love round table. Seems like they have gone downhill a bit, or perhaps it's just that I moved out of state and it is t as great as I anticipate when I come back. Still it is very good and reminds me of my ( much) younger days. Pretty pricey for pizza but much better than what you get from little Caesar's, Pizza Hut or the other chains.

Great pizza, pizza was ready on time and was still hot when I got it back to work, friendly service, order was to go but I think I would have enjoyed it there.

Round Table Pizza is one for my favorite pizzas growing up in the 90's but I noticed the quality has changed over the years.I had the opportunity to stop by this location for lunch. Unfortunately, they didn't have a mini pizza and salad combo for lunch. however, the owner was able to accommodate my needs. I am used to pizza restaurants having a pizza and salad combo for lunch but this place didn't have it on the menu. Nevertheless, the manager was able to accommodate me on this visit. The salad was very good and it was fresh. I enjoyed that. The pizza was not bad, but I didn't care for the cheese. It was a little too gooey for me and the pizza overall was a little salty. If I'm in the area again, I will give this restaurant another try to see if it's any better. Hopefully it is.

Delicious and quick. My order is always right and pickup or delivery options are convenient and easy. I also place my orders online and there was a discrepancy in my most recent order. I appreciated that they called me to clarify the order vs guessing and sending me off with the wrong order. I also love how easy it is to customize orders online.

Good sized Round Table. Service was fair. Personal sized pizza tasted great and had an overabundance of toppings.

Meh. Some franchises are others are not. Sadly this location is not good. Toppings on the King Arthur were not fresh, nor was the pizza cooked in the center, as the dough was mushy. With the exception of the young guy that helped me at the register the rest of the staff seemed absolutely miserable to be there.

Utterly rude cashier. Man, in his late 20s, behind the counter was exceptionally rude and arrogant. It felt like I had committed a crime walking in the store. As I walked in the door, he was just staring down at his phone with his earphones in his ears! Just sad. Avoid this place.Pizza toppings was stingy and nothing like the picture.Price is not worth it either.Avoid.

I ordered a delivery that never showed up. When I called them they said "Bobby" had delivered our pizzas to a neighbor's house... When I asked for the name of the owner I was told it was Arvin but the person would not give me his number. I have a message for Arvin: when you have 2.5 stars on Yelp you might want to consider selling your franchise to someone who knows how to run a business...

Called ahead and ordered a personal pizza while i was grabbing gas across the street on my way through town. drove over to pick it up an no one was inside the restaurant in what appeared to be a bustling lunch crowd sitting outside eating from a variety of food options in the center. waited for my pizza, no acknowledgement of me waiting, i finally asked if i could see if my order was ready. got it and walked out and drove off. opened it up in my car as i was driving and attempted to take a bite. completely, inedible and undercooked. cheese was not melted, pepperoni was raw, dough was chewy, spit it back into the box and threw it all away at the in and out in fairfield. dont' waste your money or your time; eat elsewhere.

I like Round Table pizza. This location is average. I regularly order from here, mostly due to the Round Table App and the rewards. When a good deal is available I will order.

I came in and had an unpleasant experience with the front counter. I reccomend walking in with your phone so you can catch a photo of 3 people standing at the register with their heads down afraid of eye contact. Unfortunately the other concern was that my pizza hardly had any sauce on it, and normally I would like that but this was beyond light sauce. I took the bite in the photo.Edit: 12/07/21; the employees at Round Table are lucky to be working under a manager that cares about the reputation of their restaurant. Thankfully I won't be returning (it was very out of my way) but I'm knocking on wood that from now on the customer service is going to be friendly and attentive as they should be.

First, they have my order sitting in the warm up oven while I'm in the store waiting for my pizza. Then when they finally realize it's there and I get it, I check it and it has the incorrect toppings. I tell them, no problem, and expect them to just remake it. Instead, the lady takes it back to the kitchen and just picks off the tomatoes and green onions from half, like I originally ordered. Wtf? That half still has pieces of tomatoes because she definitely didn't get the ones buried under the cheese and even if she did, there would still be tomato juices baked in to it. Why would they not just remake the pizza with the correct toppings? Extremely frustrating and will definitely never be back, especially with another RTP in Dublin (both Pleasanton locations have the same owner). Fix this place.
