Food was delicious was a little on the spicy side for me, but the ambience was amazing. The waitresses were so nice and the vibe was on point definitely a 10 out of 10 will try again

The ambiance was great as we had expected, but our service was not very well, our waitress would disappear and we would have to flag down other employees to ask for for help, they wouldn't help us other than try and find out waitress.. the food was not great, we ordered the calamari appetizers which we had to return, it had no flavor, no lemon to sprinkle on top and no sauces to drip. I've never had calamari taste like nothing!! Our entrees were ok again not very flavorful. Only good thing was the wings and watermelon margaritas. Kind of disappointed because we traveled far for this bday experience.
We had a wonderful time and experience. Everything was great and on top of everything there was live entertainment on the outside patio which made the evening dining experience even more special. I highly recommend this Ruby's & Rose's.
Great atmosphere. The cocktails are so creative. Our bartender was fabulous!!

Went for my daughter’s birthday yesterday, menu is very limited not many options. Great ambience and great waitress. My daughter the birthday girl order the jambalaya and ask she was eating she found hair in her meal, once she had that happen to her everyone else stopped eating. I let the waitress know she took it to her boss and that’s the last we heard about that. We were ready to go and I just wanted to pay the bill and go but no manger came and spoke to us and the meal was still on the check. Worst birthday experience ever.

CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING
Good Food, Service & Atmosphere. Great evening until we spotted something off with their billing. They overbilled on two items. They accepted their mistake on first item but refused to reduce the arbitrary price on the second item (for 3 glasses). I say arbitrary price because they neither published the higher billing rate in any of their menus nor informed me of the price in advance. A random $ amount per glass was charged.
Full context:
Apparently they presented a happy hour menu to us during non-happy hour time. My mistake in the fancy dim light that I didn't realize the menu had "happy hour" printed on top of the page and I assumed that the price i see on the menu is what I was going to pay. My bad! But why was a happy hour menu presented to the table? Why didn't someone alert us that the specific drink ordered is available only during happy hour? Or why didn't they tell us that there may be an extra charge? Instead they arbitrarily charged whatever they wanted and blamed us that it was our mistake for not asking the price in advance.
Very bad customer experience, especially when you are billing hundreds of dollars to a customer and then blaming that the fault lies with the customer. It's even more suspicious when you try to overbill two separate line items.
My salmon was not cooked well done but had a good flavor. The portions are very small. My salad was drenched in dressing. The garlic noodles with a lobster tail was tasteless and very spicy! The ambience was beautiful. Great place to take pictures! The bathroom is extremely small and not very clean.
From the ambience, i was really excited to try this place out. I was highly disappointed. Service was not great and the food was very subpar. The chicken lemon picatta had no flavor besides the taste of lemon. The lobster roll had no seasoning and was very bland. The calamari was decent. Unfortunately i will not be coming back to this establishment. I do hope they can improve. The actual place has potential. Needs better service and flavored food.
Hello everyone I Brought my daughter here for her Sweet 16th she love the restaurant ,it was a reservation for 12 we all all got seated food was good I mean everything and great costumer service we didn't want for anything ? food was delicious and the roses ? every where was beautiful really at night I will be back again soon thanks a lot.
Every dish we got was sooooo good. The short rib noodles were so good and perfect amount of spice. The wings with the sauce OMG!! Chefs kiss! The jambalaya I tasted a little wasn't my dish but it was super good it was a vegetarian version but I'm definitely going back to order it with the chicken and sausage. Highly recommend everything was 10/10

A group of friends and I had dinner here last night to celebrate my birthday. The food and ambiance were good, parking was fairly easy though the parking spots are too small, and it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday night which was nice. That said the service was sub-par; our waitress popped in and out, she dropped the birthday cake off and barely said "happy birthday" as she walked away. My fiancé called in to have a bottle of wind delivered to the table and they said they wouldn't take a credit card over the phone. Also, they said they were out of to-go bags, which they were not, and seemed bothered when we asked to take a picture. All in all, I would not recommend this place for a celebration. The dress code states business casual; I agree that this is more of a corporate lunch spot.
Awesome location and good overall ambience. A lot of the decor is fake so makes it feel lower scale than I expected, but still nice. The challenges we had is we were sat inside directly in front of the a/c vent where it was blowing hard and frigid. We asked to be moved or have the a/c turned down. They turned it down for five minutes and then right back on. This unfortunately made the dinner fairly bad and had to rush through dinner as we could never get comfortable or enjoy it. In addition, the food was mediocre with little flavor. Normally when your menu is limited and high priced you nail the dishes, however they offered no flexibility in ingredients and the food was overall bland. This place looks nice and has a great location and concept but didn't put the time in to develop the service and food portion of the elevation...wouldn't recommend.
The Lamb chops are delicious. My Cousin had the Jambalaya said it was spicy and delicious. My other cousin had the Lobster with the Garlic Noodles, said it was spicy and delicious. The server excellent. If you like Moscato it is ??? We wore Celebrating August Month Birthday Leo/Virgo. Will go back again!! Ambiance Beautiful!

This place is phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about the service, atmosphere, and most importantly, the food. It was the perfect spot for an intimate dinner. Oh yeah and if you love the gram this is the place to be.
The staff was attentive, and professional, and made us feel right at home. I indulged in the lychee clouds and the sweet nest, the perfect start to the evening.
I chose mouthwatering short rib street noodles for the main course, while my wife enjoyed the chicken picatta. Every plate was beautifully presented and the portions were incredibly generous.
The oysters stood out – I could have easily ordered a dozen more!
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a romantic date night or a special occasion with friends and family. It's a hidden gem that deserves all the praise.
