Things are in short supply, sometimes in abundance and sometimes in short supply. Ask the boss why there is such a big difference between the two portions? The answer is: How do I know…..
I'm a little speechless. If you really have no choice, come here to eat again.
Probably one of the best Hong Kong BBQ place in the bay area.

I packed two meals tonight. Oh my gosh! They all went bad! Totally inedible! A total waste of $42… I won’t be coming back!

The typical food court in a mall often features fast food that's overpriced, unpalatable, and served with poor customer service.

Very poor service. I wanted to know more about the price and they kept telling me there would be tax! You come here just to be angry!

Take out only Chinese food. Really good food. Quick services. Friendly staff. The prices are a couple of dollars higher than your standard Chinese rice plate but the food is really good. We really like the roasted pig. Located within the pacific pearl dining hall.

This is a below average restaurant, if it can be call that. They have closed dining and only do take out. It's still quite popular for some reason so orders are done with the lady shouting in open air. Yea...shouting. It's harder if you don't speak Chinese. They don't have any respect for the customer, they just take the order and leave you be. That could be good or bad depending on how you see "service".
There is NO atmosphere to speak of because it is a order for take out. The food is above average on most days as they are usually fresh due to the number of customers, unlike Ranch 99 beside it. However, their prices are pretty high for all their dishes. If you want something that is just as good, go into Ranch 99 and the noodle soups for cheaper as well as the BBQ items like duck.
Sometimes the duck is on the fatty side but this is bad and good depending on how you like your duck. More fat typically means the meat and more tender, juicier and flavorful.
Regardless, I rarely go there anymore due to the lack of customer respect.

Peking duck is relatively authentic and tastes delicious! Recommend everyone to try!
Tried to order here today had to waited 30 mins for them to reopen at dinner time (5 pm). The lady there is extremely rude!!!! I placed an order for a whole duck and asked her for the au jus. Within 20 seconds of not hearing her ask me would I like to add anything else to the order (she was wearing a face mask) she decided to skip me and take the next customer in line. When I questioned why was I skipped, she answered in her arrogant tone her lame excused that she has no time to waste.
I gladly walked away and not spend my 45 dollars at this establishment.
Went to Ranch 99 and paid 34 plus tax on a whole duck and did not have to wait for this type of foolishness.

We ordered the BBQ and the roasted pork with rice plate. Both were super dry and jerky. For $19.90 per plate, the quality of meat is very disappointed. Won’t come back again.
