Starbucks

I came through the drive thru and ordered a white mocha with caramel drizzle around the cup. When I get to the window I am handed a very dark brown drink. I noted politely to the barista that I had ordered a white mocha, not a mocha. She proceeds to tell me in a very rude manner “well i heard mocha.” and slammed the window shut. Not only did they give me the wrong drink entirely, they put in the wrong kind of milk and didn’t add in the customizations that I PAID for. The sticker even showed the customizations! So, to the balding blonde barista who took my order, please do better and reflect on how you treat people. Luckily for me, I went to the other location on Bernal Ave and they happily helped me and remade my drink correctly.

This place always makes the drinks full of ice barely any drinks in the cup. I remember speaking with the manager and she told me “that’s the proper measurement for the drink” when I showed her my cup it had more ice than drink. Any other Starbucks I go to they make it evenly portioned. Today I get a drink and it’s full of ice and watered down.

Music so loud, think they wanted alone time or something. Then sweeping real close to me. I’m just trying to sit here quietly in the AC; nobody is bothering you.

The slowest, and I mean slowest, Starbucks around. Don’t bother ordering ahead, takes just as long.

Edit: I wrote this as I was waiting 20-minutes in the drive through. Ended up driving away without my order because of the wait. Did not want to go to Starbucks to begin with, you can bet I won’t be back.

Time and again the simple drink of green Tea latte tastes more like water than a drink. It has become a bad taste in mouth to think of Starbucks thanks to workers at this store!!

Extraordinarily slow, got a bunch of peoples orders wrong including mine and refused to fix them. Worst starbucks I have ever been to.

This morning I came in to get something to eat and apparently the contents of what I got prompted what I assume is the manager to roast me after I sat down to have my morning snack. Didn't know this particular Starbucks was a comedy club for roast battles. I thought that's what Tommy T's was built for. Anyways, be careful what you order and how you do it, Because apparently it's amateur hour.

Paper, napkins,cups, etc underneath tables! Most messy abd Dirtiest Starbucks I've been too! Informed someone about this and he started sweeping! So disappointing!
