This store needs some help. The manager was not kind or even warm to say the least. I came up and said good morning how are you? And he didn’t even make eye contact and just said “what can I get for you”. I was a Starbucks partner for 12 years so I know this job is tough and customers can be rude, but we should never lose sight of treating customers (specially nice ones) with respect and kindness. Friendly service, but they are always slammed in the morning, and it takes longer than estimated times to get your order. If ordering ahead, you will need to allow at least 35 to 40 minutes.
