There is a lady that works here occasionally and she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Always has her AirPods in her pods. Never says hello or welcome, actually she hardly says anything at all! She also never makes my drinks right. I order a simple iced with cream and vanilla and it’s always wrong. She has yanked drinks outta my hand. She is just very unpleasant and I dread coming here to spend as much as I do on coffee and be met with horrible customer service. I HAVE PROVIDED FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS LADY ATLEAST 3 TIMES AND SHE ONLY GETS WORSE.

I like this Starbucks, but most of the time they take a long time to get your drinks. prepared. The atmosphere does not feel as cozy as other Starbucks.

God, I worked at this store for one day and did not return the next day because it’s the worse Starbucks I have ever worked at in my life. They do not change the sanitizers, they use the same rag that’s been in the dirty sanitizer all day long, absolutely no customer service whatsoever just throwing drinks out. Also have been waiting 4 weeks for my payment for my 1 day there so if you’re thinking about applying I would highly encourage you to go to a real Starbucks that follows protocol and is clean.1 of the pictures I’m inserting will be from one of their employees saying how someone needs to clean the cinnamon dolce shaker because they believe it’s “very dirty” because their throat got messed up from putting some in their drink. They’re scores for cleanliness, speed of service, food taste are supposed to be 75% or higher they’re nowhere near that percentage. The store sucks, the manager sucks and is extremely unprofessional asking her employees to cover her weekend shift and not entering people’s payroll. Supervisor vaping in the back instead of helping the store. I could honesty go on about everything I seen that was wrong that day but you get the picture

I try to avoid this Starbucks since there’s always some sort of issues. Since croffles was closed and I couldn’t get Peet’s, I went into Starbucks. I attempted to order a cold brew and was told at 10am that they were out for the day. Before I could tell the barista my second option, she walked away from me and the register and decided she was done taking my order and ignored me for 2mins before I walked out of the store.
