Didn't have drip, wouldn't do a pour over.. only resolution offered was to buy a more expensive espresso drink no discount for not having coffee. Also missing ham and cheese croissant...

UPDATE: after owner replied I reached out to corporate customer service and the did credit my account for the cost of the espresso drink. So hopefully the store fixes their customer service issue but if not reach out to corporate.

I usually love visiting this Starbucks. However recently they hired this older lady with Dora bangs and she’s quite rude. The only two times she has made my drink she had messed it up both times. The first time she messed up I asked nicely where the cold foam in my drink was and she said it sank to the bottom(I come here multiple times a week for the same drink and this has never happened. She didn’t want to remake the drink) today was my second encounter and my drink came out with no oatmilk. It was just espresso with syrup and cold foam. So I told the barista this time a different one because I know the other lady would make a deal about it. Well she did. She was slamming the oatmilk the cold foam maker and was obviously frustrated that I pointed the issue out. After I got my drink I which she rudely slide over, I said thank you very much and I got no response she just walked away. No smile or anything so rude. Every other barista at this store is jolly and friendly. But idk what is up with this certain lady. But she’s gotta go.

I normally never have an issue with anything at this location but I needed to speak up about the horrible experience I received this morning. It’s 9:12am on Sunday 11/10 and I mobile ordered a cold brew and egg bites. App says it’ll be ready at 9:01. I show up at 9:05 and only food is ready. Not a big deal. So I sit down at the large tall table by the bar to wait for the coffee. (Which is sitting on the bar behind the barista, ready, just needs a lid - I knew it was mine as I could see my name on the label) I wait another 7 min and she finally puts a lid on it and sets it on the counter. I ask for 2 small waters for my kiddos and as she walks away from me, says loudly: “no! I’m very busy!” Other patrons turned around at the exchange. I’m flabbergasted that she says that and in such a manner. She’s taking her sweet time making coffee while listening to her music in her AirPods. My only response was: “you could have been kinder about your response. The water was for my kids.” This was the girl with a long brown ponytail in her mid-late 20s and looks to be maybe Hispanic? Never seen her before .horrible customer service skills.

Poor service and quality. We have been going for years with our church members but now they have very rude staff with very bad customer service. For the first time we have been harassed by the staff just because we speak another language. Very RASCIST!

On Saturday, May 25, around 1:30 my family and I decided to stop by Starbucks located at 3040 Bernal Ave #320, Pleasanton, CA 94566. We have been customers for many years, unfortunately it’s the first time we have experienced such a rude customer service, this time for the cashier (she had two braids, I didn't know her name) and two other employees who were there (All of them rude). I was very kindly ordering seven drinks, suddenly the cashier left me talking alone and she went to attend other duties, she returned back a few minutes later to retake the order and not even an apology. I immediately noticed the rude attitude in which she was retaking the order. She was rolling her eyes and with a rude tone. I asked her if she was busy and she almost shouted that she wasn't busy, anyway I let it go because I didn’t wanted to give my family a hard time. However I let her know that she was being rude, she didn't even apologize. Finally she took the order wrong, and the drinks were delivered without putting a minimum effort into the presentation. I have never felt so badly treated and I am sure I will not going back there. I am a client who is also paying for a service not to be treated poorly!

I went to buy 6 drinks at this Sturbucks around 1 pm and the cashier was very rude, she behaved in a horrible way with us, they made the drinks poorly, I ordered 2 caramel frapp... and they didn't do it the way they should, They did it reluctantly. They didn't thank us and scolded us. There were 3 workers who were there, two women and a man. As a person who works with customers, I recommend that you please treat customers well because of them, you earn your salary.

New crew! I know that this location lost a lot of staff all at once and has to hire several ew employees. During this time, the coffee was horrible. I and many people I work with stopped going here because it was a waste of my money.This is no longer true! They have new workers who make some of the best coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. I am SO happy I can start coming back here again. This has turned out to be one of the best Starbucks around!

i ordered a drink off of the app and when i got to the store they didn't have it. these delinquents gave me a empty cup and said i don't get a refund. i am very distraught and disturbed by this encounter, i have never been so disrespected by 2 humans in my life. they do not deserve a word in this since all they do is make 8$ drinks and call it a hard job.
