New crew! I know that this location lost a lot of staff all at once and has to hire several ew employees. During this time, the coffee was horrible. I and many people I work with stopped going here because it was a waste of my money.This is no longer true! They have new workers who make some of the best coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. I am SO happy I can start coming back here again. This has turned out to be one of the best Starbucks around!

i ordered a drink off of the app and when i got to the store they didn't have it. these delinquents gave me a empty cup and said i don't get a refund. i am very distraught and disturbed by this encounter, i have never been so disrespected by 2 humans in my life. they do not deserve a word in this since all they do is make 8$ drinks and call it a hard job.

Living in the nearby complex. Ordered 3 times and all the time the orders were wrong and tired to correct them...The worst Starbucks I have ever gone. There are plenty of other options so do not go there.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service here! This is my story, kind of long, worth the type and read for you! Ordered two coffees (one for myself + my son) usually only ordering one coffee, once back in my vehicle noticed only had one. Went back inside to the pick up area. A gentleman working behind the counter asked to see my reciept of purchase. After showing, within minutes he made me two additional coffees. After confirming now there are 3 made but only 2 purchased, he verified, let me know not to worry about paying. What??? He would not accept payment. Definitely left a $10.00 tip for their team! Very impressed!

Waited almost 30 minutes for a brewed coffee. Had to ask 3 times for it, in the end they finally made it, but didn’t put cream and sugar as I asked while ordering. Want my tip back. Very poor customer service, over crowded.

I'm here almost every day. No personal touch or care for guests. The coffee spilt due to lose lid or bad cup. No one acknowledged or apologized. With zero customers, all staff was busy chit chatting and not worrying about the customers. It is always like this.

Today's service was absolutely the worst I've ever had in my life. When I walked in there was two workers behind the counter and 4 patrons in the building. I was surprised not one person in line. I waited at the register for well over FIVE MINUTES WIRHOUT BEING GREETED!!! The two Starbucks employees were just engaging in conversation with each other not even realizing a guest was waiting to order. This was very disappointing. Then they continued to talk and my drink order took a long time due to them having focus elsewhere. Then when they called my name I go to receive my order and see it's not complete. I stand there waiting for the last item I ordered and the young boy (20 years old per what he stated to the tattooed female employee) looks at me like I was a problem for thier conversation and rudely said "Did you need something!?" I replied with I'm still waiting on one drink. It was then made and gave to me. This visit left a horrible taste in my mouth and I don't feel like returning to this Starbucks or any location for that matter. I would love to give my business where I'm respected.
