Great service and attentive staff. Just wish they could have given me change for my 20 even though I paid with card, because I wanted to tip a couple of dollars

I understand they had two people on training, but giving people their drinks who came a whole 15 minutes after and making us wait 49 minutes is ridiculous. I’m very disappointed.

If a Starbucks store with bad service can be described, it can be this one, 40 minutes waiting for a Sandwish and asking and his manager before being bad tempered. Incredible!

Not quite enough seating. Good food and drinks. Usually service is slow here, so order via the mobile app well in advance. Parking is a challenge during busy times due to the adjacent gas station, shops, and Safeway.

One of the dirtiest Starbucks bathrooms I’ve ever been to. Makes me wonder about everything else at this Starbucks. Step it up management.

They totally can not make Carmel macchiato. Second I asked for wooden stick to mix my coffee the girl look on me like on ghost. She say they do not have . I asked how I should mix my coffee she gives me a straw. I refused. Then she say she had something’s and show me a paper bag and napkins and Woden stick in side the bag . This is normal days and people? And they are crazy about your mouth muzzle .I did not have time but I will show them my rights. It is proven any face muzzle do not help the corona at all.

they have gotten my order wrong several times and have taken up to 30 minutes to give me a drink and sandwich they are lost a majority of the time and act in the weeds with only two orders they don’t even know simple ingredients like vanilla syrup and cold foam they as well have given me whipped cream rather than cold foam and the wrong sandwich four times I love Starbucks and go all the time but I definitely avoid going here because of the service and lack of attention to detail

Literally took 25 minutes to make a drink even with no other customers in the store and 4 employees.

Checked the App to see if this was open today ( as it was closed yesterday @6.00 ) and it said that it was. Walked in the door of Safeway (6.17 a.m.) only to be informed by the Lady behind the counter that it was CLOSED and there was a chance it may open at 8.00 a.m.
