It was a slow day for them, and somehow they still managed to mess up my order. I asked for a decaf latte with half & half—not a cup of regret made with heavy whip and digestive consequences. The barista clearly graduated from the “Close Enough School of Coffee Making,” and let me tell you, they earned a solid F. Maybe instead of asking for tips, they should be asking for basic training and a pay cut.

I can't think I'm the only person that this location is bad.... I can't eat gluten and a specifically said do not put any cookie crumble on top of the pistachio cold brew and they still put cookie crumble on top of it I am not doing gluten free to be trendy I'm actually really deathly allergic to gluten!

The baristas here make my drink so well pretty much every time. I order a 2/3 decaf iced shaken espresso and it doesn’t taste like bean water here! And I know it’s decaf because I’m sensitive to caffeine (heart palpitations) but still love the taste of coffee.
Also really appreciate the team that works on Sunday mornings! Very friendly and considerate staff.

Oh, where do I even begin. Thus starbucks had the best customer service I have ever had. I accidentally forgot to get extra caramel on my iced caramel machiato, and a shift manager was very nice to me about my mistake. I'm glad to come by this starbucks any time I'm feeling down!
