Great customer service, Everyone was very cheerful and in the holiday spirit. I received my coffee within minutes of ordering and it was exactly what I wanted. The seating area was clean and neat. Made my shopping trip worth it.

Customer service is first priority in any business establishment. When a customer walk up, acknowledged the customer "Hello and we'll be right with you". Not 4 to 5 staff in your face and NOT one of them acknowledge you, also no other customers was in line, just me, they were not busy, just too busy chatting among each other. When the cashier walked up several minutes later, then I was helped. Terrible service. Reason why a customer won't return.

Unmotivated staff. We have been there before 10am and they were out of scones already. Took ages to get our order as it was just one person to prepare it and to take orders. No cacao for the cappuccino available. All food is packed, nothing fresh or at least looks fresh (as it is at Starbucks in Europe).

I was disappointed by the Starbucks at target by how i was treated. I just requested by order and paid and the 2 employees there were giggling and judging me and my order. They also charged me for getting no ice which I have never seen done at any other Starbucks. I would just go to the Starbucks near the gas station and avoid this one.

I visited the Starbucks yesterday. I ordered a caramel Brulé latte. It was the first time ordering this drink, I was concerned because the girl who was making it was talking a lot to her 2 co workers and it concerned me a little. When I got my drink I took it and walked to the car, I had to park far away and it was freezing so I was in a hurry to get to my car. I took a sip while I was walking and thought it was super sweet, so when I got to the car I tried stirring it up, and it was like straight Carmel and sugar, it was awful. I didn't drink it, chalked it up to a waste of time and money. Never ordering that one again or going to this Starbucks.

Seriously the worse customer service ever. Ordered: pistachio Latte, Pink drink, caramel Frappuccino. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that at least they make sure no one eats/drinks inside.

I was just there 20 mins ago, the girl with a short hair in ponytail and glasses at the register just said "next" but when i came up to the register she made a hand gesture and left to talked to someone. when she came back she just took my order didnt even bother to say hello, bye or thank you, didn't even asked if i wanted my receipt. Not so nice in customer service... This is the second time i went there to get starbucks and still their custormer service sucks!

Sometimes a very long wait, the customer service is very nice tho! Some days I have to wait a whole hour! Even when I ordered on mobile. Other times it's only a 5 minute wait (not on mobile).
