Worst SUBWAY ! EVER! 3rd time going here, this put the nail in the coffin. First 2:times I walk in noone is there, so then about 5 min. Later he walks in from back . 2nd time same noone is there few min. Later he walks in holding his gf. Hand who happens to work there. 3rd time I order my sammich at 9:05 am pay online then app says pick up 9:30, couldn't wait 25 min. So I walk in ask if he could make it now since it's already paid for . He says nope you have to wait till 9:30. Left without my food I paid for

Building is very hot. AC is never on. The tomato’s and cucumbers are sitting in a pool of water. The ham looked discolored. I walked out because I didn’t trust the food to be sanitary.

**** WORST SUBWAY ****
Normally they don’t take coupons… placed an online order and surprised that they allowed the coupon - footlong BOGO for $1… submit order, jump in car to go get it (and on a tight timeline). On my way, look at status only to find out it was cancelled the same moment the order was submitted. So instead of honoring the order, and if the coupon was a mistake via app (that they could fix via whatever process for franchises)… they cancel it and absolutely ruin my ability to get food for my kids. Called them twice, no answer… message says they are busy helping other customers - yeah right?
NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! Was questionable before because of the high prices… but agree with other reviewers… poorly managed, greedy owners. Do yourself a favor and go to another store!!!
The Indian owner service so bad. So cheap only four slices ham. And only gave out two piece of napkin. Subway is very expensive more than McDonald. The Subway cost sandwich probably only $2. They should sell only for $4 for 6 in. The drink probably only cost for $0.50 but they charge $1.99 for small cup.

Order from online was given incorrect order, I tried contacting location but was hung up on multiple times so decided to contact via email, where I was told to pass with receipt to pick up correct order. I headed back and order my sub employee before even mentioning the situation was extremely rude, once I reached the pay area I show him corporate and owner email stating to go pick up correct order employee refuses to give order to me yelled at me extremely aggressively told me to call owner because I was a liar and he was not going to provide me with order. This is definitely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Do not even know how this person is in customer service they should review camaras and see his behavior he even threatened me to record me for no reason. DO NOT VISIT OR ORDER FROM HERE. For your safety. No human deserves this treatment.
This online listed participating location didn't accept Coupon
This location is listed as one of the participating locations for coupons. But when we arrived to pick up our order, they said they were not and never did. Why can’t they straighten out internally? What a waste of time. Buyer be aware.

Order two foot longs, the vegetables I had asked for were missing, no jalapeños and barely any onions or bell peppers. Just filled with lettuce. Called the store at 8:16 to complain about it and was met with the most rude employee. She mentioned the store was closing (supposed to close at 8:30) and that I would have to call again tomorrow. When I mentioned the missing items she said I was lying and that she will have to check the security camera footage to confirm.

This place does not have a proper staff just one person preparing all the orders. Owner needs to make sure that it is properly staffed during busy hours. No customer service at all. I believe before giving the franchise, Subway needs to ensure that owner goes through a proper training of what customer service is and should train the staff also.

This store is plausible. They don't take any forms of official coupons and their food are pricier than others. Charged me $2 for an half avocado. Never ever come back again.
