Order from online was given incorrect order, I tried contacting location but was hung up on multiple times so decided to contact via email, where I was told to pass with receipt to pick up correct order. I headed back and order my sub employee before even mentioning the situation was extremely rude, once I reached the pay area I show him corporate and owner email stating to go pick up correct order employee refuses to give order to me yelled at me extremely aggressively told me to call owner because I was a liar and he was not going to provide me with order. This is definitely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Do not even know how this person is in customer service they should review camaras and see his behavior he even threatened me to record me for no reason. DO NOT VISIT OR ORDER FROM HERE. For your safety. No human deserves this treatment.

This location is listed as one of the participating locations for coupons. But when we arrived to pick up our order, they said they were not and never did. Why can’t they straighten out internally? What a waste of time. Buyer be aware.

Order two foot longs, the vegetables I had asked for were missing, no jalapeños and barely any onions or bell peppers. Just filled with lettuce. Called the store at 8:16 to complain about it and was met with the most rude employee. She mentioned the store was closing (supposed to close at 8:30) and that I would have to call again tomorrow. When I mentioned the missing items she said I was lying and that she will have to check the security camera footage to confirm.

This place does not have a proper staff just one person preparing all the orders. Owner needs to make sure that it is properly staffed during busy hours. No customer service at all. I believe before giving the franchise, Subway needs to ensure that owner goes through a proper training of what customer service is and should train the staff also.

This store is plausible. They don't take any forms of official coupons and their food are pricier than others. Charged me $2 for an half avocado. Never ever come back again.

So it’s Sunday lunch time I understand that. You have two people only working. Fine. The store is 4 minutes for the work I’m visiting here for work so I say ok not going to take 26 minutes for two help 2 people in front of me there’s two workers. Then the lady in front of me has 6 sandwiches and one employee is helping her that’s fine. I ask the female Indian employee to if she could help me I asked politely I said “excuse me I have 10 minutes left on my lunch is there any chance you could help me?” She throws her hands up and says NO! Pointing back at the sandwiches like can’t you see what I’m doing here? She said “NO I HAVE MOBILE ORDER INFRONT OF YOU SHE ALSO WAITING 30 minutes over there sitting down!” I said “ok why are you arguing. W me? Just say no I cannot” she stayed quiet and the male India employee started telling her something in Hindi all I could understand was the word “arguing”. Another 5 minutes goes by she points at me and says “we don’t take coupon here! Hey you! No coupon. I waited 10 more minutes she asked “what you want?” I then told her I wanted nothing from her. I wanted a receipt to make a complaint against her so I bought a cookie that was hard as a hockey puck from the male employee. He said “all you want is a cookie?!” I said definitely and I need a receipt. She was extremely unnecessarily rude. I only bought a cookie at that point because i had absolutely no time to eat. I was 10 minutes past my lunch break and w out lunch. Very sad since I’m a hairdresser standing a cutting hair all day and all i wanted was a sandwich..
