I had the most frustrating and unpleasant experience at Subway recently. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like they couldn’t care less about customer service. When I tried to use my gift card, they bluntly told me it couldn’t be accepted because of some “software error.” Seriously? That’s not my problem, and they made no effort to resolve it. Instead, they just dismissed me like I didn’t matter. The two guys working out there are the worst staff I have ever seen in my life
If Subway can’t train their staff to be respectful or maintain proper systems to accept their own gift cards, they shouldn’t even bother calling themselves a customer-friendly brand. I left feeling angry, humiliated, and completely disappointed. Absolute disaster of a place. Avoid at all costs!
After seeing many similar reviews here I’m sure this subway will be closed soon

This place is right up at the entrance gate for Stoneridge mall, the breads were nice and warm and so were the overall ingredients. I am not sure why they had a no drink refill warning in the store whereas I have not seen it elsewhere. They have ample seating space indoors and outdoor as well.

If i could i will give -ve infinity to this place. Wow, such a disgusting experience. People are very very rude, behaving like goons and ganging up just for asking “is there extra sauce”. Canceled my ordered which made them more even crazy. Baffled seeing such behavior and knowing that they are able to do business. I wish i saw the reviews before.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Rudest staff I've ever seen. They wouldn't honour coupon so I ordered online - this seemed to tick them off. They yelled at me for standing too close to the counter and tried to kick me out of the store because they didn't want me seeing them make the sandwich. They threatened to cancel my order if I didn't step away. All of this while I'm 7 months pregnant. Initially I did step outside but I had no clue if they would end up tampering with my food since they were being so aggressive. Eventually my husband had to go in and argue to get the order cancelled because we just didn't trust what they would do to the food.
I am sorry but this is the worse subway I went. Even No refill for the drinks

The place was dingy. The bread was old and a bit stale. They also refused to give me water because they didn’t have cups… they seem to not want repeat customers. They get their wish.

What a disastrous experience. We ordered 2, 6”. Costed 21$ Toppings were added as if its bird. 5 onion and 5 olives, have to ask twice to add more. Cheese and bread was over toasted.
