The one who is taking the orders in the phone is rude and unprofessional. I called and left my number for them to call me back after 30min as I was told, they called me after two days! I was planning to make a big dining table for 40 people and the price was doubled than what I used to pay always there! Unprofessional. Rude. Bad customer service! Never comeback!

Sultan's Kebab is great. The food, although a little pricey, is excellent. Even the salad has a unique and wonderful flavor and texture. My favorite dish is the lamb shank, but it does take a little longer to prepare. I believe I've tried all of the kebabs and they all are perfectly seasoned, tender and cooked perfectly from the lamb to the seafood.

Poor customer service, I ordered kebab wrap was too small half bread I lot of tomatoes inside with some peases of beef, the sauce is bad, the salad too, sour juice with 22$!!!, absolutely not recommended 👎

Eating at the place at least once a month with my friends. Food is fairly good. Service is subpar. Take out takes very long time. Manager is not helpful, and sometime with rude demeanor. Restaurant is clean. Men's bathroom is clean, but NO toilet seat covers and NO towels, ever.
Parking: The area is safe and a lots of parking available all the time.

We love this place and go there every weekend for the last 2 years! The last 2 times we have treated very poorly by the host at the register. The last two I visited he would look and my family and start giggle towards us. This would be my last time coming because of how we got treated here. Even my son was wondering why the guy behind the counter laughing at. We confronted him and he denied it

ordered combo shawarma plate, which was good. but the dessert is falsely advertised. for example their version of lava cake is a warmed up brownie with a mini scoop of ice cream on it. Chillis has 100% better lava cake than this and for cheaper.

Generous chicken shawarma portions with plate including salad, rice, hummus, and pita. Enjoyed chicken in bite sized pieces with tasty spicing. Leftovers the next day were just as tasty.
