Just paid for 3 -Large smoothies (received 3 medium instead) … i asked guy w/ long hair to fill it all the way... he refused he told us we only paid for 3 Mediums. (Wrong) we paid for 3 Large.... Still he refused to remedy the missing smoothie! DONT TIP Before getting your drink!!! Plus bad

Couldn’t even order a drink because no flexibility. I’m vegan and just wanted strawberry banana and orange juice or apple juice as the base and they couldn’t even do it. Only option was to get the iced chillers with lemonade base.Plus the fruit containers are left open with mats flying around.I prefer the other popular juice spots. The staff was very pleasant and professional though.

We've been to most of the Surf Cities in the bay area and this one does it best. About two years ago, many of the locations started watering down their smoothies to reduce costs and it was noticeable. This location doesn't skimp.

Been coming here for over 13 years. Under new owner, seems new owner has changed the base mixture for the smoothies for a cheaper version. Because the smoothies I just bought has a very bad after taste. Tried calling the number to talk to someone, number disconnected. Would hv given less stars but hoping owner will go back to older Cream base for the smoothies. The new one is a big no no!!

Way overpriced. It's not even worth it. Other Surfs in other malls don't charge as much as this place does. Nearly 50% more! The only reason they can do this is because there's no Jamba Juice.
