Taco Bell in Pleasanton

“The team at this Taco Bell works hard! We made a mistake in one of our orders and I went up to the counter to see if it could be remedied, and without any hesitation, they remade two tacos for us without charge even though it was not their mistake. We appreciated that very much. Only reason for the four stars on atmosphere is that there were several tables that needed to be wiped down, But they did look rather short-staffed for the number of guests they were serving via drive-thru as well as kiosk inside. This Taco Bell consistently seems to serve up more generous portions compared to several others nearby. Did I mention that food is also prepared and served very quickly? Not unlike Any other restaurants these days, beverages are very overpriced and this place is no exception except during happy hour, from 2pm-5pm. Otherwise plan on spending between 3:00 and 5:00 or more dollars per person just for a beverage.“

“The manager was super nice when she handed me my food at the window. I thought that was the best part of the trip but then I tasted the food. I’ve ate in at least 50 Taco Bells but at this location the food was hotter and fresher, stuffed with protein, and crispier than anywhere I’ve had before. 5/5“
