Everytime i come here and get the lux box supreme. They keep giving me beef with the chalupa, instead of chicken! Which chicken is suppose to go with it!

Horrible service. I arrived at 3:05pm on a Sunday and placed my order. I person was ahead of me inside the store After 40 mins of waiting, my food was still not prepared. They were bringing in order for people who came and placed order after me. It's a fast food joint not a restaurant. So clearly there was discrimination. Very disappointed. Definitely don't visit this location.

Staff is very rude, especially the management food that tastes awful 😖 wait in line for 20 minutes or more. I could just go across the competition and get a better service. But I will give them a second chance. I hope they don't fail me, please 🙏

Service quality of food and hospitality was the worst 😫 I ever experienced very rude service. It's always constantly doing mistakes and can someone understand me in my language not to be rude but I might need a translator🤨

Probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to. It's not even my first time here, I should've learned my lesson the first time this place gave me terrible food.
They couldn't hear me over the speaker, the chicken was extremely burnt, they gave me the wrong sauces and I had to go in and ask for more. When I did go inside for bell sauce they said they were out, then I asked for honey mustard, they said they were out, so I just asked for more ranch sauce and he reluctantly went to the back and came out with... Surprise! Bell sauce.
Lying because they just want me to go away is the only way I can interpret that given the context of all the other horrible aspects of this visit.
The cherry on top is that all the sauces had cuts in them. Health hazard and shouldn't take someone with enough reasoning capacity to see that and not hand it to a customer.

i come to this place in my break from home depot across the street, it's clean enough and it's food. however, almost every time i'm here, there's way too much focus on the drive thru. there's absolutely no good reason i should be using up my entire 15 minute break waiting for my food WHEN IM THE ONLY ONE IN THE LOBBY. i used to work in this location and it's gotten ridiculous

I CANNOT RATE THIS ANY BETTER!!! This was the 2nd of 2, not 1 but 2 locations I looked up while in this area and they both!!! BOTH OF THEM!!! had no service for My Family!!! Sad! Unfortunate! Even Depressing!!!
Could use fresh ingredients like taco shells. And lettuce! AVOID AT ALL COST! I just recently tried again! Bean burrito and a taco supreme. Both were absolutely inedible, AND I GOT SOO SICK! Ended up in the emergency room with severe food poisoning!!!!
