I went in this place today I never been this place before I said twice can I get veggie crush wrap make sure not meat the girl she is taking oder she does not focus anything I Oder by a drive thru she give to me chicken wrap I never taste in my life chicken and meat I am totally vegan then I come back to her she is not saying sorry her attitude over and over other lady came she is said sorry but that not right thing if we don't eat meat in my life be aware this place don't waste money

Second time on the week I got hair in my ordered meal. They don't wear any gloves and hats when cooking / preparing your food. Never!! Disgusting 🤢 please do something

If you’re an Indian, stay away from this place. First hand experience and found from another reviewer (Mexican as stated in their review) mentioned, the staff were extremely rude to the Indian customer.

My experience this evening with the person at the window was extremely poor as they were too rude. We placed an online order and every time I went through the drive-thru I would pull to the window straight. Never had anyone tell me that I needed to stop at the “order here” speaker area. Note, there was no line and no one ahead or behind me. I get to the window and this guy in his thick accent without using any greetings says, “next time I want you to stop there”. He repeated this twice. I would not buy food from here again. I find the Chick-Fill-A and in & out staff so polite and it’s right around the corner.

Taco Bell, train your staff and hire people who can speak proper English and know how customer service works.

I ordered the take out food and food had hair in it. I called the shop and the manger said I need to bring the food back to the shop to return. It is not worth for me to do. I paid for the food and trashed it.

Shingai provides terrible customer service. Would avoid eating at this location if she’s there. And check your order before they leave because the most of the time they make it in accurate and don’t like to accommodate you for them inconveniencing you I literally had to argue with her about getting my burrito replaced so I just got a refund for it

Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The food taste old, I’m sure if the health department came to this location they would close it down. Will never return again.

this place has THE WORST EMPLOYEES!
I don’t like leaving reviews but this place absolutely needs it. There was a time I was waiting for my order and they were all in the back talking and laughing for about 10 minutes then came to the front and realized they had my order and haven’t made it yet so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it. In no rush, might I add. Then today I ordered breakfast came in and dealt with the most disrespectful woman at the drive-through. This looks really bad for your store and not an experience I appreciated at 8 AM in the morning
