The food had great flavor, but I felt there was too much rice and not enough vegetables in my bowl. I am going to them again, but I will ask for less rice and more vegetables. I want to bring my husband. I know he will love the ribeye. See you soon.

Came here and had a late lunch with sis.we were around the area and I was craving fir some teriyaki and we came across this spot..she got the chicken and beef while I got the chicken and shrimp bento.food was warm not hot.salad was pretty good with its dressing..it was good or maybe cux we were just hungry lol

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here this was my second time going for my lunch and the first time I went the service was good and they were polite since they had just opened up. However today was a different story we got there and they had a long line since it's lunch time and the line went fast so once our order was placed we kept waiting and waiting and people who got there after us got there food and left this was already 30 mins later.I overheard the guy asked the cook about our order number and the cook said he doesn't have our order so we show him the receipt and he was rushing to make the chicken and got attitude like it's our fault and then he takes another 15 mins to make the chicken and he makes a comment to us oh so you all work at the same company and decided to come here and hands over the food and we asked for a bag and he leaves the bag on the counter and walks away. We were the last ones to get our food and he makes comment oh good job to his employees. Are you kidding me I work in customer service myself and I don't talk to my members like that. We paid for our food and then you loose the ticket and instead of an apology he gave us an attitude and made that comment. I told him I am never coming to this restaurant again.

Quick service, great portions, fresh taste. I stopped here in my way home for a quick bite to go. I got the salmon bowl with veggies and it was perfectly cooked. The sauce was just sweet enough, not overpowering like some other places do it. Overall would come back.

We were in Pleasanton at the hospital and found teriyaki place!!! This is fiyah!!!!!! From Hawaii and this tastes like home!! Teriyaki bowls buy 2 for $13.00 and we added Lion king sushi and golden crunch roll ‼ customer service is amazingly nice one of the guys brought out garlic butter chicken to taste and mango dip just WOW!!! Onorific kine grindz awesome find!!! Very nice and clean restaurant!

This place looked promising on their website and the deals seem to be good. However all that illusion came apart once you taste the food. We ordered the chicken and steak combo. The steak tasted like taco bell meat that were overcooked and in small crumbs. I felt like I was eating leftover bits. This definitely was not steak for taste and presentation. The chicken was a bit better, you actually can tell it's real chicken. So it was more acceptable.The veggie was just boiled or steamed with no flavor. Again, that's fine. But put it all together, it is not worth the price. I would find it difficult to come back here again.

Had a great experience today, got a chicken bowl but wanted spicy sauce on the side, Bret let me know he could put it on the side so my son could enjoy it with me minus the spice. Tim then came out and made sure my choice wasn't due to an allergy, it wasn't but to come out from the kitchen to check was extremely thoughtful! They also gave me some other sauces to try out to see if we like for next time! Really appreciate the attention to detail and beyond friendly customer service! See you guys soon!

Very bland bowls, almost seeming like they were missing the sauce? Got a tofu bowl and chicken teriyaki bowl and both were super basic with plain unseasoned steamed vegetables ( carrots, broccoli, and cabbage). Did not try the sushi but definitely wouldn't after the first experience.

The beef and chicken bowl was fire. Nice amount of meat and veggies. I purchased the lion king roll as well and enjoyed it so much. It was filling as well. This is a spot im gonna be going to a lot.
