Our group of 3 ordered 3 entrees one appetizer. Took an hour to get our food and the appetizer came out last. Server did not apologize for the wait, and was generally turned off from giving any sort of polite service. It was not busy when we had ordered, but as we waited longer and longer the place started to fill up. We saw at least 3 tables next to us come in after us, get their food, eat, and leave while our food still hadn't come out yet. I ordered the thai lettuce wrap with chicken appetizer, to which our server said "It takes the longest to cook, so the appetizer will come out last". It shouldn't take an hour to cook 3 little pieces of chicken, especially when we had ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich, caesar salad, and shrimp pasta that all came out before the thai chicken lettuce "wrap". The chicken was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for a while, probably while they were cooking the entrees. My plate also looked nothing like the photo online. Terrible service, terrible food. Save your money, and go to a different location.

I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The wait times were extremely long, and despite the restaurant not being at full capacity, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait, which extended even longer. When our food finally arrived, it was served cold. After informing the staff, they took another 15 minutes to reheat it. Throughout the meal, the service remained slow and inattentive. Overall, the combination of long waits, cold food, and poor service made for a very unsatisfactory dining experience.

It's different from our taste, they use too much whipped cream, it's oily and I don't like it at all. The food and atmosphere are nice, but don't have high expectations for the cheese cake that matches its name. The visual is good but may be misleading.

Good customer service and ambiance are relaxing 😌. When we came, it wasn't packed. We were seated right away. I guess because it was during lunch hours and they weren't crowded compared to dinner time.

I made a takeout order through the restaurant’s website using the curbside directions. I received a text with a link that directed to do once I arrived at the restaurant. The order had a pickup time of 5:54 pm. I arrived around 5:40 and followed the directions on the link notifying the restaurant that I was there and in parking space #3. At 6:15 I called the number listed on the curb side pickup sign and went through the robo options and selection the option to speak with a representative. The phone was not answered. At 6:25 I went into the store and found that my order was sitting on the shelf. When I asked why it was delivered I was told simply sorry. I then had another individual intervene and said that it was their mistake and they were sorry. I should not that there are six prime parking spots designed as curbside pickup, the restaurant was not fulfilling the curbside service yet these prime spots are not available for patron parking. Additionally I provided my phone number that could have been used to notify me to make the pickup inside, but it wasn’t used.

Certainly tasty cakes. Biggest disadvantage are the high prices. Also can be quite crowded, leading to wait times.

Great food and drinks. Love when a restaurant’s menu is so full of options that it has many page numbers and a guide. And of course the cheesecakes are awesome here too. Though the service has been spotty a few times in recent years.

Curbside operations doesn’t work. No one came to deliver the cake to my car, I had to go inside to pickup. If this is not offered don’t mislead and waste peoples time. Shut down this service.

Food & Service Issues:
• Service water tasted like soap suds. Glasses were not properly washed, with visible food particles and soap residue on the sides. Water in the plastic cup, however, did not have the same issue.
• Four Cheese Pasta was soggy and not worth the price or the 30+ minutes wait before it arrived.
• Fish and Chips lacked seasoning and fell short compared to Crab House Pier 39, Grotto, and Pacific Catch.
• Chicken Piccata was disappointingly dry—far from what was expected.

Service & Customer Interaction:
• The assigned waiting staff was energetic and genuinely enthusiastic, which was a positive aspect of our visit.
• However, the person at the reception was blunt and uninterested. When asked, ā€œHow are you today?ā€ she simply stared at us and offered no response. When we inquired about a table for four, her attitude remained disinterested and unwelcoming.

I’m not sure if this customer experience aligns with the mission and vision of Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, but based on this visit, it’s clear that food quality and service standards need serious improvement. This will be our last visit.

Food quality directly impacts public health, as improperly prepared or contaminated food can lead to foodborne illnesses, allergic reactions, and long-term health complications. Restaurants and food businesses have a legal and ethical responsibility to adhere to strict food safety regulations, including proper hygiene, storage, and preparation standards. Failure to meet these standards can result in lawsuits, fines, and even business closures due to health code violations. Inconsistent and inadequate food quality control not only jeopardizes customer safety but also damages a brand’s reputation, leading to loss of trust and declining customer loyalty. If issues such as undercooked food, poor sanitation, or allergen cross-contamination persist, businesses risk severe legal repercussions, negative public perception, and potential liability claims.

Avoid this place at all costs! The service is consistently terrible. My wife and I dined here a couple of months ago and experienced awful service—waiting nearly an hour for our food, even though the restaurant was slow midweek. We decided to give it another chance, thinking it might have been a one-time issue.

Big mistake.

This time, we waited over an hour just for drinks, which sat untouched on the bar while we were told the bartender was ā€œbacked up.ā€ After an hour and a half, we asked about our food, only to be told the server had ā€œforgottenā€ and would check on it. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete disappointment—a soggy salad, terrible spaghetti and meatballs, and cold pizza.

Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere!
