We’ve been to The Cheesecake Factory a few times, and we often purchase gift cards from them when there’s a promotion. Every visit has been great — the service is excellent, and they always have a highchair or booster seat ready for our little one. This place can get very busy during weekday dinners, with an average wait time of 30 minutes to an hour during peak hours, so be sure to plan accordingly.

We ordered two slices of cheesecake for curbside. Waited for over 30 minutes, no order. Called twice and was put on hold both times and no one ever answered the phone. My husband ended up going into the store. Wouldn’t recommend curbside at the Pleasanton Cheesecake Factory!!!

I want a refund on my life minutes and the $340 spent. After waiting for 30 minutes we were texted the table was ready. We go to the hostess and apparently can't be sat because the table wasn't ready. Effiency at its best. We sit, order sodas and have to wait 15 minutes for water, then an additional 15 minutes for soda. Im not sure where the sodas were located but apparently not in the building...The waitress takes the order for food and after waiting an additinal 45 minutes, she starts bringing out one meal at a time. We are slowly aging. Now in between the meals being brought out at her snails pace we time approximately 10 minutes in between each meal being brought out. Because no one wants to sit and eat together right? On top of this slower than molasses on a winters day pace, she forgot grandma's food. Grandma now starving and surviving solely on bread, soda and candies in her purse, we ask where grandma's food is and when it MIGHT come out? We are starting to doubt that it will. The waitress gets offended and repeats the number of orders taken. Now we all clearly point out that grandma's order is the only one that is missing. Lady you have one job and you are failing miserably. The food was mediocre, husband states he's eaten MRE rations better than this and the experience just continues to drag on. We are in hell. We order dessert to go because God knows we don't want to spend the night. When we finally arrive arrive home from this ordeal, the waitress screwed up our dessert order. My child compared this to a waiting simulator wherein you never reach the end and advised his entire summer break was spent here. Congratulations cheesecake factory, this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had collectively and will not be returning. Although as a punishment I might use going back as a threat.

We went for my husband's birthday. They sang us a birthday song and gave us a slice of cake. It was a very beautiful gesture on his part. They have a very varied wine menu which we love and the food is excellent. The views of the place are unique. We'll be back!

Always crowded. Long wait to be seated for a party of 6. Menu was good. They didn't have any of the cocktails for some reason. Didn't bring all the items ordered. But the manager compensated us with giving slices of pie.

Ordered 2 cheese cake to go,it's more than 20 minutes and still waiting for our order.it's just not ok it's beyond annoying. No system not organized.

Stop by for a late dinner. Busy and service was slower than expected. No reservation and waited 25-30 minutes so not too bad. Food was delicious and the salted caramel cheesecake 😋

Ok food. It seems like you keep on getting less and less on plate. Bad customer service. Sat at the bar to hear the bartenders life and the waitress that came to chat with them. Took a long time before I got my food. I asked for some bread and bartender said I don't think we have any. I asked another waitress to bring some and the other person did. ????
