Worst experience at Cheesecake Factory we’ve ever experienced. Our table had four people and two people’s orders were told that they no longer had turkey and was delayed by 30 minutes from the other two peoples food. The had finished our food well before we had even began to touch ours. Our server John was super sweet and we felt awful that he was shoved with this problem when it clearly was a manager issue. We waited an 1 1/2 to be served mediocre food, and to speak with a manager who had told his server the only thing that could be done was a piece of cheesecake. Whoever was the manger at this location at 3pm seriously needs to be fired or be written up. Absolutely ridiculous and we will absolutely not be coming back.

Ordered online at 739 pm with a projected done time of 806-816 pm. Got yo curbside and registered for the to bring it out giving the reserved parking spot. At 840pm i finally go in to see what’s going on. After an hour after i ordered my food i finally get my food. Total inconvenience for ordering curbside to try to make my night more convenient. Will not be spending money here again.
