This place seriously needs better management. We accidentally ordered the plastic bottle Coke instead of the glass bottle, and when we asked to switch it… literally a 25cent difference, the staff acted annoyed and unhelpful.
It’s not the employees’ fault. This kind of attitude clearly comes from the owner not giving them any flexibility or proper customer service training. If management cared at all, a simple swap wouldn’t be treated like a burden… especially considering we tipped $10.
The food itself was mid, and the whole experience just felt cheap and unwelcoming. When a business is this stingy and difficult over something so small, that’s on the owner.
Won’t be coming back.

This place has completely gone downhill. The carved lamb and beef are mostly filler and starch — barely any actual meat. Even the protein portion in the bowl is laughably small for the price. You can tell they’ve cut every corner possible. What used to be a solid kebab spot is now a total rip-off.

I am a vegetarian and the falafel were cooked to perfection. Just enough moisture and spice to make perfectly combine with the rice and vegies.

Gross!! Ordered a grain bowl with chicken schwarma. Received some kind of beef which was gross and bowl was soggy. Husband didn't like his wrap and the fries were soggy. Will never waste my money again!
Great Kebab wraps, so good. Had chicken shawarma and falafel wrap with everything on it. The garlic yogurt and cilantro jalapeno sauces went awesome with the wrap.
Will definitely eat here again.

I have been looking for a really good Mediterranean restaurant and stumbled upon The Kebab Shop. We ordered the steak and chicken skewers, each person choosing saffron rice and their additional side, whether it was grilled vegetables, hummus, or tabouli. Food was excellent, portion sizes were great for either two small meals or if you are hungry, a very filling single meal. Service was great. The team members that helped me were very kind and welcoming. We will be back whenever we are in the area. I wish there was a location closer to me.
