This location tends to be very fast and there is also a lot of convenient parking & disabled parking right in front! I'd recommend getting less sweet for the fruit teas, and less / 50% sweet for the milk teas and those tend to not be as sweet. The quality noodles are amazing, I love the coffee jelly and tea jelly and all the variety. They have real milk options as well!

Overall they make good boba tea. However, I often order hot drinks and have to wait 15-25 mins. for their steamer to warm up. They need to fire up that bad boy when the shop opens!

This was my first time visiting, and I ordered their signature TGY tea with boba. I really love the boba pearls; they are perfectly cooked. The tea is quite fragrant, but I found that it had a bit too much milk, which overpowered the flavor of the tea. I went in at 3:30 PM on a Tuesday, and there was no line. The service was quick. I will definitely come back to try other drinks.

Pretty good tea, service was a bit slow but it was close to closing time.
Will have to come back to try other drinks.

Mango cheese foam is to die for

Not like their SoCal location. Quality could be better. Tastes watered down and overly sweet

Their tea tastes great.

It is a kind of tea between black tea and green tea. Ordering is very easy. You didn't need to talk with anyone. Just use the kiosk.
They provide some seats outside. I felt very relaxed when I visited this place.

Regular Boba milk tea was comparable to happy lemon. The service was good. Will go back :)

One of, if not the best boba place, in the Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore area. I'd like to believe I know what I'm talking about as a Taiwanese person who has tried milktea and boba all around the bay area and in Taiwan. My favorite drink here is the mango boba milktea. The texture of the boba is always a perfect QQ, the tea flavor is not overpowered by the mango, and the drink doesn't lose its creaminess despite being a slushy. Have never been disappointed here!

From all the boba franchises (and wow, there are so many), the TP Tea brand is our family favorite. The selections are plentiful and the quality/taste in drinks are good (natural). Besides the quality, I'm giving it high stars for a few reasons. I like the operation's efficiency. You can place your order online, so by the time you drive there, your drinks are ready. The online system tells you the order queue, so you have an idea on wait time. If you do walk-in, there's the kiosks, so the staff can concentrate making the drinks. If you have questions, the staff are there to help as well. (Some customers may prefer the traditional placing one's order by a staff, but I like the order, pickup, and go concept better.)

As for this particular place, it's always busy, even though there are 2 other boba/tea places plus at least 3 more coffee places (i.e., Starbucks) in less than a mile radius. The seating is limited, the place is clean and small. Still our go to place for boba/ tea drinks bc of the quality (and we don't even order the traditional boba drinks).

One of my FAVORITE boba places in this area. Authentic Taiwanese style boba. Chewy and very consistent in their boba texture. Have brought many friends here.

Recommend the mango cheese foam smoothie (sub agar for boba instead) it’s not too creamy cheesy, more like a sea salt cream. Perfectly refreshing, creamy, and I do half sugar (mangoes have been in season). The taro matcha and mango matcha are good too. Mango drinks could probably do with less sugar because the fruit is sweet. Really deep authentic uji matcha. Loved the oolong milk tea, definitely has a lot of caffeine. The Thai tea creme brûlée was too creamy and sweet for me. Tried a fruit tea too, which was nice it had big real fruit pieces floating in it.
