5x10 stars for service!!!! Not only are the drinks the BEST, the Team at the Pleasanton location are the sweetest. We regularly go tot ye Berkeley location and accidentally placed the drink order to Berkeley instead of this one. They helped out and was so kind. The seasonal strawberry drink is amazing too!

I still like TP tea, but it hasn't been as good the last few times. The tea is way more weak, not sure what happened. The main reason I love TP tea is because the tea is very strong and flavorful. Now things are way more milky and it even tastes more sugary. A little sad tbh. Not so much 1st place at this point. They are still good at getting drinks out quickly though.

Ordered from Kiosk - no cash accepted. Taro matcha - 0% sugar and only cold drinks. I wish they can make it hot. No human contact so i can't ask for no ice (I'm ok with not having a cup full). Ended I have to peel the seal and remove the ice before drinking. Overall a pleasant drink but nothing with a 'wow' experience.

SO EXCITED to hear TPTea is here in the East Bay! I've visited this location twice already and have not been disappointed! Boba: The boba is soft, chewy, and was perfect both times! Extra bonus points from me for surviving a night in my fridge! Matcha Tornado: I'm not sure if the cream was a puff cream or cheese cream but overall it was really good and not super sweet (I got 50% sweet)! I would've liked a stronger matcha flavor but that's more of personal preference! Mango Green Tea: The mango green tea automatically comes with Aiyu Jelly but I was able to write in on the kiosk to sub for boba. The tea flavor is pretty strong but a great option for those who like stronger blends! Service: You order from a kiosk (giving you time to check out all the different drink options) and then they are pretty quick (~5 minutes) in serving! If you're ordering lots of drinks, they do charge $0.10 per bag.

Drink took 40 minutes to make. Once it was finally ready, it was missing tea and other ingredients. Won't come here again.

This is my first time trying TP Tea and I ordered the Jasmine milk tea with boba. I love how generous they are with the amount of boba and the tea is very flavorful! Will definitely be back to try all the other drinks!

I've been to the county of Taiwan a few times. Of course when you're in Taiwan you have to visit the place where boba was invented. Obviously nothing beats bubble tea in the country where it was created but TP Tea is one of the best bubble tea places in Nor Cal (and I've been to many). I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I have visited this boba shop a handful of times now and I am really glad they opened up here! I love their Tie Guan Yin tea and all of their drinks I've tried - fruity or not, have been delicious. The service has always been pretty quick and friendly and parking is easy outside. It's a smallish shop but there are a couple of tables inside if you want to sit down and drink your boba, but I've always personally picked it up to go. It's my go to boba shop when I'm in this area :)

My family and I ventured to TP Tea last weekend, and despite the long line and bustling atmosphere, the experience was nothing short of delightful. This popular tea haven certainly lives up to its reputation. The wait may have been a tad long, but the thriving crowd is a testament to TP Tea's popularity—and for good reason. The extensive menu offered an array of tantalizing options, making the decision-making process both exciting and challenging. We opted for the TGY Family Milk Tea, Thai Tea Brulee Tornado, Taiwan Classic Milk Tea, and Black Tea with Cheese Cream Foam. One of the highlights was the customization options. From sugar levels to ice preferences and an array of toppings, TP Tea ensures that each drink caters to individual tastes. This attention to detail sets them apart and adds a personal touch to the entire experience. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, considering the quality and variety of the beverages. TP Tea strikes an excellent balance, making it accessible to a diverse range of customers without compromising on flavor or craftsmanship.Navigating the parking situation was a minor challenge, but we were relieved that we didn't have to circle around endlessly. The slight inconvenience was overshadowed by the overall positive experience awaiting us inside. The TGY Family Milk Tea was a delightful blend of flavors, and the Thai Tea Brulee Tornado was a true showstopper with its unique presentation. The Taiwan Classic Milk Tea and Black Tea with Cheese Cream Foam were equally impressive, showcasing the mastery of tea craftsmanship at TP Tea.In the midst of the busy surroundings, the staff remained composed and efficient, ensuring that every customer received their orders promptly. The vibrant energy and enthusiasm of the team added to the overall ambiance, making our visit all the more enjoyable.TP Tea is undeniably a haven for tea enthusiasts, offering a diverse menu, customizable options, reasonable prices, and a lively atmosphere. Despite the initial wait and parking challenges, the overall experience was worth every minute.
