Usually the food is hot and crispy, but this time the chicken was cold. I picked up my order just a few minutes after it was marked ready and tried it right away, but it seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. Disappointing experience.

This place is the most inconsistent place. I truly will not support a place like this. The most recent experience I have is that their menu says they are out of their popcorn chicken combo that comes with fries for $9.99. However the menu states they have both of these items individually for sale, meaning if you get them separately it would be $16+. My next issue to follow up is, there is no counter help. My third issue is the wait times are so extreme, I wanted 45 minutes for a drink once. I will forever defer anyone I know from supporting to this business.

Coco mango drink has dairy (in coconut milk) even tho it’s listed as vegan.

UME has the perfect level of sweetness. The shop is clean and cozy, and the staff provide excellent service. Highly recommended!

The new product activity is really good! It also tastes good. I got two drinks in 5 minutes, which was faster than expected.

The new mini taro ball black milk tea is so good and the costumer service is amazing. I was confused about the buy one get one free and the girl in the front is really nice and willing to help.

This is my go-to ume tea location in the tri-valley area. I ordered the mini taro ball milk tea today and it is on point. Super good. Their popcorn chicken is also very crispy and fresh and delicious.

Most of their new products are very satisfying. These taro balls have a chewy and delicious texture. The buy-one-get-one-free promotion for the new product was a great deal. This was a perfect opportunity to share my favorite treat with my significant other. Please have more promotional events like this! Haha!

Very upset about how long time the order took because they missed my order and I stand in the front desk here waiting for 48mins without any update. Even no one is in the line. The staff told me early that I just need to wait and another girl said that they didn’t know this … So upset .

Size was smaller than expected, staff wasn’t very attentive and order took over 30 mins to get just 2 drinks. 😳

Our order took so long to come. We were waiting for our four drinks for around thirty minutes. Two of my drinks were done already but the guy wouldn’t give them to us until the other two were done so my ice cream was melted by the time I got them.

Good drinks but I waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks with only 4, maybe 6 people in front of us. One drink sat on the counter for 25 minutes before the second one was ready. Staff was apologetic but the wait time was ridiculous considering they barely got any drinks or food out in that time. I think I saw them finish 4 other drinks and 1 order of chicken the entire time I waited. lol

Their number listed isn’t the actual number to the store, so you can’t even call to cancel an order
