This business will not last with that big bully manager. She walk around like it’s a highschool flirting with her staff. Disrespecting people when they come in the store. This is not a welcoming store at all. I wouldn’t recommend this store. She had braids in her hair with no hair net. When I came in the store everyone was in the back she was sitting at the desk flirting with her co worker and other staff was on the phone. That’s not sanitary. I will be reporting her to corporate

This place is a scam. My wife had placed an order and I went it after work to pick. We weren’t aware of there policy that we must bring the originalCredit card with us. I wasn’t able to get a hold of her so I asked if I can place the order on my card. They said sure, but would not void the other transaction until after the dinner rush, so I would have to stand there for up to two hours waiting to not get charged twices, it would of been faster to avoid then do all the stuff the manager was doing . Then she refused to give me the food

First of all, the food was awful, not only did it take 35-40 minutes to get but the wings were very over cooked and very over seasoned. The cooks were not wearing gloves and didn't seem to really care about what they were doing with the food. Service was awful the cashier Chance clearly didn't like his job and gave everyone so much attitude he was throwing chairs aggressively and giving whoever came inside dirty looks. Horrible experience, not only in the establishment but also 30-40 minutes later once I got home, my stomach was in a tremendous amount of pain, and I threw everything I ate/drank up. Please whatever you do never go to this location. You can thank me later.

Food is terrible under cooked wings and horrible customer service by Chance the cashier! After I got home my stomach was so upset and I threw up everything that I ate there and all the employees were not wearing there gloves Never going back to this location ever again!

I ordered a 10 wing combo with bone in on DoorDash. Upon receiving my food I noticed it smelt fishy. I couldn't tell if the chicken was bad or if the oil it was cooked in was old or rancid. The smell and taste was so off putting I could only eat one and threw the rest away. The soda (Sprite) had no flavor, tasted like fizzy water. The machines syrup must have been low or out. The fries were extremely oily and soggy. Needless to say the only decent tasting item was the ranch. However, I didn't get to enjoy that either since I tossed the food for its poor quality. It's a shame DoorDash has to issue refunds on behalf of the restaurant for their poor quality.

Shock and awe today at Santa Rita location Placed online order for my daughter's birthday celebration and asked her to pick it up since she was passing it on the way home. They refused to release the order to her because they needed last 4 credit card digits for verification. Cool, texted it to her. Not good enough - they asked for a picture (!) of my credit card!!! What the heck? I texted to her screenshot of my order confirmation. Nope, won't accept it. They refused to release the order. I had to leave guests waiting and drive for 15 min to get that order. Naturally, I was furious. Started conversation with the raised voice and right away got a snappy come back from the employee who threatened not to give me my order and to call the cups. What??? Then the woman who introduced herself as the owner started talking about the new policy that requires a physical card to be present for order pickup. Where is this policy mentioned? Nowhere in the online ordering prompts - see attached screenshots. Here is my message to the owner (if that is who she really was): exercise common sense when inactive such policies. If you allow your manager to speak to customers as she did to me, your business will fail. Also provide some training for legal implications that their words might cause. She threatened not to release my order that was paid for in front of the witnesses. Here is a useful quote for you: failure of consideration n. not delivering goods or services when promised in a contract. When goods a party had bargained for have become damaged or worthless, failure of consideration (to deliver promised goods) makes the expectant recipient justified to withhold payment, demand performance or take legal action Needless to say, never again will I patronize this place.

Our latest guilty pleasure in Pleasanton is Wingstop. Our family started going there last month and it has made it to our weekly rotation. The kids like the classic wings - mild and original for now, but I'm sure they'll venture out further. The missus sticks to her Hawaiian boneless wings, and I always go for a chicken sandwich with spicy Korean barbecue sauce. Ranch and honey mustard dressings are a must, and we usually also get fries and drinks. Service is usually friendly, and parking is easy. Pro-tip - order 10 wings for the best value, compared to 6, 8, or 15.

Very bad experience, will never go there again. Unfortunately I am not able to rate lower, I would have given negative rating.Ordered chicken sandwich- found this undercooked when I opened it after reaching home. After taking few bites, my little kid threw up, then we checked and found that chicken was undercooked and very hard.We took that to store, but manger was not there and I was told to visit next day to talk to manager. Very bad customer service experience. They offered me refund but that was not the point. Wanted to speak to manger and lodge a formal complaint, which did not happen. Will have to visit next day ?. Very unprofessional and irresponsible staff.

service is fine but food took forever to come out. i ordered it twenty minutes in advance and it wasn't ready when i got there.. waited another 20 minutes inside just to get my order. had like 10 orders much larger than mine (and people that ordered after me) come out before i even got mine. some employee was on her phone instead of putting my order together. no sense of urgency. sad

I went to wing stop to get the 16$ combo the meal was good but at the end the last 5 wings where greasy and disappointing I was left a nauseating feeling not worth the 16$plus tax would not recommend
